Property Ratings at Scott's Run Apartments & Townhomes
Great spot for living to be near Radford , Christiansburg, and Blacksburg and decently priced. Mostly students, but possible for young pro to be happy with the sounds. Pretty poor on accessibility. Anyone can just walk into the buildings, so not the safest/securest feeling. Power goes out and there is only 1 safety light at the top of the 3 floored building. Maintenance staff are hit and miss, took 5 months for a leak to be fixed, 3 of those to determine what i had already reported. They never fixed the issues i reported when i moved in, left me with filthy toilets, and all the while the office staff were never helpful with issues. The office takes more time on parking lot emails and owners picking up after their dogs then doing things for the tenants. CMG just happily took my money while providing no care for the tenant. I know there are worse things that can happen from landlords, so two stars seems appropriate. I will never go to a CMG property again and will do my best to make sure all the college students work with hear the same.
