With more than 100 festivals and events to enjoy in Downtown Plymouth, it definitely is -- as their slogan states -- more than just a "walk in the park." Most of the events are held at the park, however, and Kellogg Park is a beautiful spot to enjoy them. Some of the must-see events held in Downtown Plymouth include Art in the Park, an event featuring more than 400 artists. In January, residents head to the park to enjoy art of a different kind -- the annual Plymouth Ice Festival, where ice sculptures dazzle.
First settled in 1825, there's plenty of history in Plymouth. Be sure to visit the Plymouth Historical Museum near the park to learn more. Main Street extends through the downtown area, which is filled with fantastic shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Follow Main Street to Mill Street and discover Old Village, a historic district dating back to the 1830s. Old Village is filled with art galleries, shops, entertainment, and more.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Schoolhouse Lofts of Plymouth
While the building has architectural charm, serious security and safety concerns, combined with long-term design flaws that have never been addressed, overshadow its potential. Design issues: The back door slams so loudly (like thunder) that nearly half the units are disturbed whenever someone enters or exits the building at night. Building security: Residents have repeatedly reported problems with the unsecured mailroom, including package tampering, theft, and non-resident access to the building. Despite video evidence being shared, the sole manager—who is also the landlord and builder—has not taken meaningful steps to resolve these issues. This lack of action leaves residents feeling unsafe and unsupported.
We own the biggest lot they offer and it’s perfect.
Great old school building, but apartments are builders grade materials with highend price's, its a place to rent short term while more permanent living is being built. Better examples in the area than this property. The gentrification of old village continues.
Property Manager at Schoolhouse Lofts of Plymouth, Responded To This Review
Our property has new oak floors, quartz countertops, Toto toilets, stainless steel appliances by GE, Whirlpool, etc... As the owners are also homebuilders, these products are not considered "builder's grade" but indeed high-end features and products.
