We had a water heater leak early morning, called emergency maintenance and they were at our door step promptly. They were kind and efficiently cleaned the mess and replaced our water heater within a day. Overall I would rate our maintenance team and apartments a 10/10!

They seemed super nice at first. Too much money for the app and administration fee. Literally $50 for the app itself and then another $100 just to go through the process of getting approved... I’ve never heard of that. Usually the administration fee goes towards the move in fees. Christin didn’t actually help with anything, she just kept telling me to hold and asking questions to someone else. When asked about different features I was told to my face in fact by Robin “if you don’t like what you get you’ll just have to wait or don’t. What you see is what you get”. They also don’t care about if you’re a national guard, reserves or veteran, only active duty (which around this area is uncommon) if you want anything waived. Long story short, I’d choose somewhere else if you actually want to be taken care of.

We are always appreciative of receiving feedback on how we can improve our services and experiences. In this particular case, we extended a special of 1/2 off your application fee, so $50 was not what you were required to pay and because it took over a week to receive all required documents to apply, such as application, admin fee, application fee and proof of income, we were unable to reserve an apartment for you. All applicants are required to apply the same way with the same requested information. Reserving an apartment without all required documents would be violating Fair Housing Laws. I'm also sorry that you were not happy with the options surrounding your preferred counter top color request. The only option is to wait for another opening if the color is not available in your required move in time frame. The best of luck to you in your apartment search!
Would leave no stars if possible. Took money out of my account without authorization. We told the front desk lady to not run anything until she heard from us. But they decided to do it anyway.
The apartment itself is nice with nice neighbors and mostly well kept grounds. The exception is the trash compactor/dumpster. The compactor is always broken and the temporary dumpster has been overflowing for more than a week. Staff is never in the office, and there is no way to pay rent without them there. They actually removed the rent drop off box and online payments. Staff canceled one of my utilities and the project manager was belligerent when I asked her to look into why it happened. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Its quiet here. You can tell its an older property. There is plenty room for improvement. Hopefully with new management they will take that into consideration and do some upgrading. Overall good enough for the price
