Property Ratings at Schilling Property Management
I am a graduate student at SIUC. I have lived in this complex for over 3 years. I have been to several apartment complexes here in Carbondale, IL and Schillings Properties complex on East Park are amazing. I live in the one-bedroom. It has dryer, washer, dishwasher, carpeted rooms, ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom, and a modern kitchen. The apartment is kept clean all the time, the overseers respond to your call immediately, and are super friendly. Pets are allowed, too! Plus, it's only a few minutes walk to school or downtown. Lovely place to live! Quiet enough for grad students, especially, but vibrant enough so it's not boring.
