BEWARE!!!!

Onsite Property manger is awful, Constantly lies to your face, is never in the office, does not keep up with the properties needs, There is shattered glass on the grounds near sidewalk into multiple buildings that has been there for years, Snow and ice removal does not happen during winter months, makes it extremely dangerous to leave the apartment during winter. Management has been caught coming into residents apartments while gone. Scenic maintenance comes around and unlocks the residents doors at the beginning of the day when they have a 3rd party coming into fix something. No biggie, BUT! THEY DO NOT COME BACK AND LOCK UP THE APARTMENTS, leaving residents apartments venerable.
