Property Ratings at Saxony Apartment Homes
Very quite for the most part....everyone here is so friendly staff and neighbors. Been here for about 6 years now and never any major issues. All issues have been handled within a day or two. I like that they have laundry area on site and open 24/7 as well as the fitness center is available 24/7.
I have called Saxony my home for 7 years. I couldn't ask for a better neighbors or the great staff that are always helpful. The location is amazing since I'm close to everything but not in the center of town. The best apartment homes in Cookeville!!
After one year of living at Saxony, the staff is friendly and neighbors are easy to get along with. The overall community is great and there are several amenities on the complex, including two swimming pools and a fitness center. The location in town makes it a perfect place to live being no more than a five minute drive to anywhere in Cookeville. Excellent TV service with several packages offered, and high speed Internet is more than enough to support anyone ranging from basic users/students and video gamers that require the additional bandwidth.
We have lived here since 2005 and have not regretted our decision to move here. It is one of the few complexes that you are able to have a pet. There are 2 swimming pool, a fitness center and very kid friendly. No matter what age you are I think Saxony is the perfect place to live in Cookeville.
Staff is very friendly. Prices are a little more than others in town, but it's definitely worth it. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. Great community. Pools are great. To be so close to town it's still a rather quiet place. Minutes away from pretty much everything. Definitely would sign my lease again.
Saxony has been like home to me since 1998. It has been a great place for my family since they always have something to do. The location is perfect because everything is nearby and many great schools to pick from.
Rent due by the 5th of the month. Paid via online banking in June. Payment mailed by bank was postmarked July 30. Banks and Mail didn't run on Saturday July 4. Check arrived July 6. Couldn't have been deposited before 6th anyway. They were not out a dime. Property manager refused to waive the $5 per day fee. It's not the money, it's the principal. They operate in the dark ages by not taking electronic payments in the first place and then can't understand why I'm upset. Poor customer service. Will likely be gone when lease expires. Many people would think I'm nuts and being nitpicking, but this lack of logic galls me.
