The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Savannah Square
I’ve live here several years. Pretty quiet and laid back atmosphere. One lingering issue has been resolved(hot water). Great office personnel. Would highly recommend/refer
It took me 6 months to find the perfect apartment I love it .. the staff is friendly maintenance is the best
I moved in here almost a year ago with high hopes. It didn't take long to see the smokescreens they had sold me on. Continuous maintenance problems, and not being addressed properly, make living here a nightmare. To top it all off, I have been pressured to pay a much higher rent. Because I chose to contest this, they are kicking me out. I am a good tenant who takes the utmost care of the property and I have NEVER missed a rent payment IN MY LIFE. Northstar doesn't want good tenants. They want people they can manipulate.
Leaky. Cramped. Dishonest. Worn-out. Deceitful. Mgmt slimy. Otherwise great.
The pictures they’ll show you are way nicer than the actual units. I was shown a different style and wasn’t allowed to see the inside until I signed a lease. So I had no idea. I had no idea that there would be paint from the counter sprayed on the wall, or that the fridge sounds like a neon sign, or that the bathtub paint was poorly painted over and chipping. Also. The maintenance… doesn’t exist. I was notified that they would be doing routine maintenance (change air filter, check smoke alarm) and nobody ever came and did that. Even after reporting to the property manager. Every maintenance request I put in, they just close it out without fixing it. LITERALLY LYING. It took literally EIGHT months to get them to replace light bulbs outside in the common area. These apartments are extremely poorly maintained. It’s been 5 months since the big hail storm and some peoples windows are still BOARDED UP. I’ve always paid my rent on time but I haven’t gotten that same respect in return. I can’t believe that companies operate like this!
Absolutely disappointing experience living here. It seemed so promising when I moved in! I will say the property outside is well maintained, however the units are old and shoddy. Expect the cheapest, most haphazardly patchworked fixes possible. Constant water issues. I spent six months showering in freezing cold. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every single move of my neighbors and smell their weed wafting into my living room. I got back from vacation and found a massive stain covered in mold on my ceiling. It smelled unbearable. Gave me allergic reactions. I contacted maintenance and management THREE TIMES. Guess what they did, THEY PAINTED OVER THE STAIN. Oh and sprayed febreeze. I had to go get an inhaler for the issue. Management didn't even dignify me with a response. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, live anywhere else!!
I'll have lived in these apartments for the last 3 years, I have loved customer service, neighbors and environment has nice quiet area.
Jessica in the office is top notch! She treated us like family. These apartments are very clean and in a great location!
Savannah Harbor/Square has a courteous leasing staff, Helping find a floor plan for us from many. Leasing office has offered yearly renewal specials that aids our rental budget. Living here is quiet and friendly. Location in Norman is ideal and close to everything. A pleasant place to choose to live.
I have lived at Savannah Harbor for the last 15 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The management and staff are very professional and wonderful to work with. Whenever I have needed something they are always available and ready to help. I could not ask for a better place to live. The longer I am here the better I like it. It is always very well maintained and quiet. I plan to renew my lease and hope to stay here for a very long time. This place is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone!!!!
I was excited to move into this place just from the initial visit. Once I actually moved in I was constantly saying "I just gets better!". I couldn't believe that I liked it move the longer I lived there, usually it's the opposite. The office staff has always been kind and helpful, and all of the work orders go through a third party maintenance company and have been done within a day of putting the request in. They have 4 pools, which is very convenient, and the grounds are pretty with plenty of parking. I LOVE my screened in porch, and so do my cats! I also love the location. It's right across from the mall, 2 mins from the highway, and only 10 from campus. Close enough to be convenient, and far away enough to not live in traffic. I also am very happy with their deposit, lease agreement, and policy if you have to break your lease. Overall, I would 100% recommend this complex to anyone, especially families.
