The most middle of the pack apartment

My husband and I lived here for two years before moving and it is a very average complex. They mix their grass but wait a gross amount of time (probably 10 days), when it snowed the plowed… but blocked all the cars in with a 3 foot snow wall (no shovels were provided and never cleared parking spots), maintenance will come and fix something on their own time usually within a few weeks and they will replace it with a piece of crap that is cheap or doesn’t fit. Lastly, they are predator with their rates. What I mean is that if you don’t give a 30 day notice of leaving, they immediately make you agree to a one month lease (at the outrageous price of 1950). Can’t wait to leave and I’m not going to miss it at all.

Highly Recommend

Alex was a HUGE help in making my move in process go smoothly. It is easy to tell how much Alex cares about his residents and will always make sure he is doing the best that he can to make everyone's experience incredible. I am looking forward to living here and making it a home! The maintenance team goes above and beyond as well. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. They have extensive knowledge and always provide solutions quickly. I strongly recommend their properties.

Not worth the money.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I have maintenance in my apartment at least twice a month for appliance, plumbing, or hvac issues. Half the air conditioners are about 7 years old and they don’t keep the top floor units below 76° despite what you have the thermostat set on. I do not recommend these apartments.

Great place to live

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the lack of amenities. The pool is it and it is a great feature but you can only utilize it a few months a year. A firepit and a place to socialize with neighbors for the other comfortable months of the year would be nice if they would set it up for that when pool is off season. It is quiet here and most neighbors are friendly as can be. I did have one below me for a while that would complain to property manager that my grade school child made too much noise moving about his home space. Some people are just complainers though. I reckon she did not realize she lived on the main floor within an apartment complex lol. But otherwise everyone is friendly as can be and the noise is nearly non existent throughout the community. The only time you will see the police around is when they roll through on their normal patrols through the middle of the night. Now lets talk about property management... The managers name here is Alex. He is a friendly gentleman and is always as helpful as can be if you have any kind of issue. If you walk by him at any point you will certainly get engaged in a friendly conversation. Before I knew anyone here he made feel feel welcomed and as if I belonged and that will always be remembered and appreciated. I have been here for about 5 years now and I am in the process of having a house built. As excited as I am to have a place that I own again, it is bittersweet cause I will certainly miss everything about living at Savannah Ridge!

Not worth the money

This was the first apartment I had lived in. Was pretty eager to move out, so chose the first thing I looked at without really doing any research (wouldn't recommend.) Due to the lack of amenities, the price of living here is simply not worth it. There was a terrible wasp problem that made it so I could never sit on my balcony. There were very few times that I spoke with the leasing manager, Alex, but when I did, he was very unprofessional and rude. I say save your money and rent from any other apartment complex in the area.
