When I first came to Saratoga Downs, the staff was very welcoming professional and I felt like I was at home experience living. Here is wonderful. It’s very beautiful. A great rental experience that slowly degraded over several years into the worst rental experience I have ever had. It's expensive, loud, no parking and almost no storage room.

We love our experience living in Saratoga downs as it is a peaceful place to live. The staff treats you very well and offer you always help.
Saratoga Downs has been our residence for many years. Its in a safe area of Napa with a wide range of buildings with many different floor plans. The townhouse plans are extremely attractive. I would highly recommend.
When you consider the rental market in Napa, living in Saratoga Downs at Sheveland Ranch is the best value for your dollar. Floor plans allow generous space if you want roommates to help with the rent.
We have are residents since March 2013. Consistent safe and great quality of life atmosphere. Our home was only one year old when we moved to Napa and we plan to reside here for many more years to come.

Parking is abhorrent for rental tenants. Management is leasing apartments to 3 car households with only one allocated parking space. A parking pass system must be implemented. I have voiced my concerns countless times to management and nothing has ever been done about it.

Every unit is assigned a carport or garage and unfortunately, there are not enough spaces within the community to accommodate parking if everyone has two or more cars. To provide some insight on parking in the community and surrounding area, we do share the development with an HOA that does not allow us to park on their side of the street which further limits potential spaces. I'd love to but I cannot recommend a place that is already high priced, then you have to add in garbage and water on top of that. Most complexes pay for that!!! Plus, knowing that after each lease renewal the rent increase pushes many out! I've lived in many places in my 30 yrs of living on my own and I've never seen such a thing. I would hope if a landlord found good tenants, they would want to keep them. These places are already high priced for being rather tiny. Just saying.
This experience of being a renter for the first time after living in Napa for forty seven years has been delightful. I'm now enjoying the freedom of not being a homeowner. The community here at Saratoga Downs is lovely.
