There is no community space, no kids' area, and no other basic amenities that are typically included with other apartments for the same rental amount in nearby areas.

We would like to address the points you raised: • Pool Access: The pool is locked for safety reasons, but residents have key access. It is open seasonally from May to September, in accordance with the city’s permit regulations. • Washer/Dryer: We understand the frustration with the washer and dryer. These are managed by a third-party vendor, and we are actively reevaluating our relationship with them considering the recent issues you’ve raised. We’ll work on finding a better solution. • Property Manager Availability: Our property manager lives on-site and works in the office from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. They are also reachable by phone at 925.725.1804 for after-hours concerns. We encourage residents to contact the manager directly for any immediate issues. • Rent Increases: We regularly conduct market surveys to ensure that our rates remain competitive with similar properties in the area. In recent months, Pleasanton has seen an increase in water rates, and Alameda County has raised property taxes. Additionally, we’ve made significant improvements such as repaving the parking lot and adding security patrols to enhance safety. These factors contribute to the rent adjustments. • Amenities: We appreciate your feedback about community spaces and amenities. Perfect location. Walking distance to the popular Safeway grocery store, restaurants, and retail area. Property is Absolutely beautiful during Autumn season. Yes, you get your natural blue and green colors of nature here. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would be perfect for most small families. Also an option of 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. Perfect for single working class folks too. It's a very unique neighborhood. Safe and peaceful throughout the day. Super clean and well maintained. Beautiful spacious floor plans and gorgeous views. Its local parks have great paths for people who enjoy walking around. This is definitely one of my favorite neighborhoods due to convenient location and easy access to freeways. Stoneridge Mall and downtown Pleasanton are nearby and not far. This is a very ideal area for people who love to jog/ bike/walk. If only the rental prices would come down someday. This place is lower then most specially in this area. Autumn daily views. Absolutely gorgeous stunning views.
