Nice manager and close to school and park. And always clean.
we stayed here for 3 years and we had no problems with our neighbors , the manager always addressed any problems or reports. we had a 50% off upon moving in , cheaper than other apartments and “NO NEED TO PAY FOR THE APPLICATION” so for people who are starting a family this is the place rent=)
Very Clean awesome management, never had a problem fixing issues in the units. very respectful team from property manager and all employees.. Highly recommend this place very Family oriented..
Yes the apartments look decent from the inside, but they increase your rent every 5-6 months and since there’s no rent control, there’s nothing you can do about it. I wish we knew about this before we moved. We haven’t lived a year here and our rent is about to increase yet again. Overall, not a good place to be. ??
