The apartments are very nice! The pool & club house is also very nice. They also have game room and a fire pit for their residence. Very close to shopping, restaurants and the highway.

This place is not what they advertise. We were there for over a year and the pool only worked half of the time. The elevators were always out of order. The pool on the weekends is not just for residents but the entire community and there is alcohol in glass bottles as well as marijuana being smoked so DONT BRING YOUR KIDS. A drive by shooting happened of which our vehicle was hit and no one cared. Stay Away!!!

Ive enjoyed living here! Probably the best non-student housing apartment complex in the area.
Daytona is a motorcycle friendly town and they have great garages here to store your bike in. This is where everything is happening now this is the hot spot of Daytona beach.

Lovely community with friendly neighbors. The staff are readily available. Amenities are nice. Even with other apartments you still have a sense of your own oasis. Would recommend to anyone.
Built only three years ago, Sands Parc offers luxurious amenities and close proximity to the Tanger Outlets. However if you're looking for quality with your high-priced rent, don't look here! Along with our fabulous amenities, we feature roaches, horrible neighbors and an incompetent staff to not fulfill any requests you may have!

No where is perfect but from the first contact the staff have been polite, pleasant and accommodating. The community is nice too. Neighbors are friendly. There may be little issues but that is more related to people than the complex itself. Overall is good place to reside.
