Property Ratings at Sands at St Lucie
I called three separate times to get information. I only called separately so I wouldn’t bombard them with all of my questions at once. Every time I called they were super nice, friendly, and helpful! Answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed! Anything else I wanted to know more on I was told I would get more in depth answers during a meeting as it got closer to my target move-in date, which I wasn’t surprised by at all and was thankful that they told me. On the customer service end, they did amazing!
I’ve been calling for a week , as soon as I get an answer a guy answers greets like he didn’t want to be there , Once I asked about leasing information he hung up . Like I literally heard him slam the phone down…. Distasteful. You get what you put out :)
They never answer the phone when u call and they never return your call.
