NEGATIVE 415 stars!!! Please do not let the photos fool you into renting these overpriced boxes!! I was moved into an apartment that wasn’t clean. They literally painted over hair and dirt before I moved in. A part of the microwave was also broken when I moved in… The part was literally placed there, broken instead of it being repaired. The water is always being turned off with little to NO notice. Walls are sooo thin, be prepared to hear everything that’s going on in the apartment next to you. Hope you have great car insurance, you have a good chance of your car being broken into (Maybe by the million of ants they have, humans, or both who knows) Staff is very unprofessional, their only concern is your money! They renovated the gym but fail to get to your maintenance requests. I put in a work order that a maintenance worker went into the system and marked it as completed. When I called the office, they advised that the maintenance man came into my apartment and saw the the microwave was fine. I work from home and would have known if anyone from maintenance came by. They lied and advised that they came into my apartment and saw that the microwave was “fine”. The mailbox area smells like pee and the trash is ALWAYS OVER FLOWING. Pest control, maintenance, and the rest of the staff are inconsiderate and rude. I work from home and asked if maintenance could come on a certain day, I may as well have asked a wall that request. I had to take off in order to make sure they fixed what needed to be fixed ( missing out on money due to there inconveniences.). That was just one of many inconveniences. The pest control guy came around while I was working from home, I asked if he could give me 2 mins…. He advised he had other apartments to go to. Common sense would have told him to take care of the surrounding apartments and return to mine when he could., but common sense isn’t so common at this complex . I’d renew at a homeless shelter before renewing this lease. Please don’t bother to reply to this review asking me to call the office, we all know it’s only to SEEM as if you’re trying to rectify the situation and you don’t really care

Management does not care about your safety or treating you with the respect of a basic human being. The maintenance staff doesn't fix things well, which is a problem because the apartments are pretty old. My apartment flooded several times and the windows didn't close all the way. Management didn't care even though I was on the first floor. Each issue happened again and again

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The apartments are infested with roaches. It was bad that we returned the keys, not even a complete 24-hours. The leasing office people were not professional at all. The maintenance guy went into my apartment without any permission or notifying me. I even called the on-call maintenance guy about the roaches and he had the nerve to say and quote " well go buy some bombs and some raid for the roaches" mind you, I just moved in 30mins ago. and so I never had gotten my money back from the first month's rent. Still waiting on my money and this was 5 weeks ago.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Black mold in the bathrooms.. Loud music at night.. reported my A/C didn’t work a month ago.. maintenance came out said it was b/c I was keeping it too cold.. ?? kept freezing up even at 70.. it stays hot in the apartment most of the time.. they called out the a/c ppl and they said it needed to be replaced.. but hasn’t been done they tell me it’s b/c I’m on a top floor apartment.. still won’t fix the a/c and I have lived on top floor apartments in complexes older than this one before was able to keep it cool in them.. hot water didn’t work for a long time and if you plan on taking a shower better be under 5ft b/c the shower head is way low.. noise complaint when we were talking in the hallway going up to the apartment (not talking loudly just normal voice) but neighbors yell and party on balconies and in the halls.. nothing said.. can’t move any big furniture in the 2 bedroom box style.. won’t get past the wall at the front entrance.. no storage for kitchen either... I could go on and on but the list of what is wrong with this apartment is waaay too long.. would give negative stars if I could

I would give one star if I could. I had so many issues when living here. My entire building (me and all my neighbors) had a roach infestation. Pest Control came out every week and we never saw improvement. It came to the point where me and my wife had to move out. There was multiple break ins right where I lived. I had to call the courtesy officer at least twice a week and he never came out. My wife and I started to question if they even have a real officer onsite. We moved because it was gated with a courtesy officer. We never had the officer show up and the gate didn't work majority of the time we lived there.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst place I have lived in a long time. The apartments are old and need to be updated. The security gate is never closed so anyone can enter at anytime. There are roaches and bugs in the apartment all the time no matter the weather or how many times they spray for them. The staff is very nice and respectful but they do not offer much besides placing maintenance requests. This place needs to change or be demolished.

My fiance and I love it here. It is so peaceful and quiet. We have absolutely no issues with any of our neighbors. The office staff is so helpful.

This is the perfect apartment complex if you like a natural wooded type setting with many amenities! We have a lagoon pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs, a 50 seat movie theatre, tennis courts, playground, lake for fishing, laundry, gym, hammocks and swing chairs by the lake, an entertainment center, barbecue grills, and I could go on and on! The staff and maintenance are great with 1 - 3 bedrooms available as well as furnished executive apartments w/maid service! One bedroom goes for $579 a month unfurnished and the executive apartments go for $880 a month. Awesome! Sharon M., Warner Robins, Georgia

Sandpiper Apartments is definitely the complex to choose for relaxed,comfortable,various accessories,& the staff is very friendly & professional. This is my seventh year here because of their competitive rates & things onsite you can't find anyone that beats them. They have swimming pool,lake,movie theater,gym,business center,& various tenant freebies that they give.The added security gate,& officer is a plus.Plenty of parking space,grills,gazebos,swings,walking trail & shade is great too. The location is great too as its close to everything in warner robins(walmart,restaurants,grocery,etc).Whether you're single,couple,or family, Sandpiper offers various activities for anyone. You want be disappointed.
