We are celebrating our second year at Sandalwood. It is quiet and has many beautiful trees a d shrubs on the property. The management has doing an excellent job at maintaining this property!! Any service I needed was taken care of immediately. Lawn is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. The management is awesome!!

Roaches in the apartments, just talked to someone the lives in my old apartment and they are having the same issues i did. They never gave me back my deposit, or even sent me a letter saying it was used for any “repairs”. The women in the front office always had an attitude and was super rude.

My family and I haven’t been here even a year yet and our apartment is falling apart. It also seems like maintenance and the manager don’t really care. The “maintenance” that is done is never really fixing an issue, more so just aiding the problem for a later time. So much wrong with the unit itself, from the A/C to leaks. Maintenance came and made big holes in a couple of our walls and never came back to do anything about it. So much more to mention, but if I could do it again I would skip right past this place.

This apartment complex is generally quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are respectful of each other and the management is on top of things. We had a recent face lift and the buildings are beautifully done. I've been here 2 years and just signed a contract for a third year because I feel safe here.

To Ms. Stephanie, Mrs. Angela and Min. Michael and any of your other staff members, I want to say thank you for all you do here at Sandalwood, Since I have been living here since 2013, they have been nothing but supportive and very understanding and helpful, I love that I feel safe here and they always keep it clean here and look out for their tenants, the people are friendly, I was going through some difficult times at that time when I first met Ms Stephanie and she gave me a chance and helped me to move in back in 2008-2009, so now I am back and its because of the kindness that was shown, she saw my need and helped me, thank you Ms. Stephanie for all you do, greatly appreciate you. I am enjoying my time at Sandalwood. The maintenance is fast and reliable. The front desk ladies are so nice and helpful. I'm about to move out to be relocated to Jacksonville and they were completely compliant with the military clause since my husband is in the Navy. They are older but we'll kept and clean. We are very close to base and the Naval hospital and mall is right across the street. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to save money and still be somewhere safe and clean.
