Sanctuary at Herring Brook, Coastal Living Redefined

As a paying resident, I must express my disappointment in the community since Rachel left. It’s a shame. No community engagements, trivia nights, bbqs, cooking nights, book clubs, makeover nights, picnics, group walks. She did it all. And now, people are unhappy without feeling the recognition that we pay unbelievable amounts to live here. For what ?

my grandmother moved in here over the spring - Rachel is fantastic. i couldnt ask for a better person to go to when i have a question or issue to handle. shes funny and she goes to the limit to help, even on a weekend night. my grandmother loves being in this beautiful spot, we just had her birthday party here. its a peaceful place with great management. thank you, Rachel!!

Sanctuary is an absolutely beautiful community. I leased a unit from Rachel a few months ago, and my experience here has been phenomenal. The on-site managers are here for any needs, and the building is so well kept. Rachel , the property manager, is literally the kindest, most helpful person and she did everything she possibly could to help me with my leasing process. It is not often you find someone so caring and honest. She makes the building what it is.

What an amazing property to live, I would love to start with the property manager Shauna!!!! She has been such a huge help with my move in process, very professional, and informative since the first day of me applying. I fell in love with the spacious kitchen, beautiful view, very large windows double vanity bathroom, the list goes on. I Would like to thank the property manager Shauna and her team for renting me me this beautiful apartment just as advertised. Thank you!

This is probably got to be the nicest place that I have rented in scituate and this would make it the fifth place that I have rented in this town. The apartments are beautiful and the management team is very nice and helpful with anything that you need. For the people who are out there that might be like me and think that there is no way that I would be expected that was me and let me Tell you they will work with you through the whole process as me and computers don’t really get along if you know what I mean and there are people from blue collar and white collar and those in between so don’t just settle for some out dated apartment out there when you To could be living in a beautiful place with all best kitchen equipment and laundry equipment that is out there and not to mention the beautiful bathrooms as well. I moved to the Sanctuary a few weeks ago and am very happy that I did! The property itself is beautiful, well maintained and the staff keeps the building spotless which is a priority for me! I also love how quiet it is. I also cannot say enough about the manager, Shauna. She is amazing at her job and goes above and beyond in helping in any way she can. She is so attentive and is so quick to find resolutions! All in all a great experience so far!

I moved here when they first finished construction and in my 25+ years of renting I have never been happier. I was a little nervous because of the large amount of units in the building but you’d never know it. The units are absolutely stunning (my friends all say I live in an upscale hotel, lol). They have everything you would want and need and everything (flooring, appliances, etc) are modern and top of the line!! Management and maintenance are fantastic and always accessible if they should be needed. Neighbors are friendly but not overwhelmingly so. I truly don’t have a bad thing to say about living here. I love it and plan on staying for many years. Couldn’t be happier!!

The units are tastefully designed - everything from the flooring to the cabinets to the light fixtures (especially the lights hanging over the kitchen island!). The units have huge windows which I love because the natural light flows in during the day and it feels bright and airy. Looking out the window and seeing the ocean really sealed the deal for me. The ceilings are also very high which adds to the feeling of luxury. The units on the upper floors have decks that are fabulous - nicely sized to fit my bistro table to enjoy coffee in the morning while enjoying the ocean view, and a glass of wine in the evening. There is a common area which feels like a high end hotel on the California Coast. Comfortable and classy! The common area has a fireplace, TV, music, impeccable decor and furnishings, plus fabulous outdoor space and an outdoor fireplace. This place does not disappoint!

I've only been here a couple of months; and so far this property delivered. It's georgous, quiet, friedly, and the staff - Shauna particularly - is about finding solution to any problem a tenant might face. So, come on and check it out, you'll love it!!!

It’s clean, quiet, and simply gorgeous. Kind of a condo vibe! Shauna - the property manager - is extremely helpful and very hard working and maintenance is very very quick in response time! The people here are also so nice. I felt at home very quickly. Apartment is so close to Scituate harbor that I can walk to work. It’s really beautiful here.. breathtaking actually. I recommend that you view.. and stay!

Sanctuary at Herring Brook is a brand-new complex. I have an amazing view of the marsh and am a 2-minute drive from the beach! Also, just a couple minutes' drive to stores/restaurants - great location! The complex has wonderful amenities and is just incredibly absolutely stunning! The management company and property manager are so easy to deal with and so very helpful. Maintenance quickly responds and assists with questions - very helpful as well!

Sanctuary at Herring Brook is a beautiful and well-managed building, with fresh and new units, great amenities, and a shockingly great location and feel. I couldn't believe how nice the marsh & water views are. I felt like I was looking at a beautiful New England landscape painting the second I walked through the front door and was able to see the back side of the property. What a treat and great value! I'd highly recommend this building to anyone looking in the area!
