I have a beautiful big apartment with a beautiful view. The price is great and it’s in a great neighborhood. The manager Mandy is an outstanding manager. She is one of the most professional managers I have ever dealt with. When there is an issue she addresses it promptly.
Sanctuary at Eagle Creek has the most amazing staff! From the Management to employees, they are always trying to see how they can make it all better for every one of us! Pool and BBQ area are amazing, and we all enjoy it tremendously! Great place to live!!
Great location. I love the layout of the apartment. Neighbors are nice, friendly, and keep to themselves. I don’t really hear my upstairs neighbors that much which is good. Maintenance can have better follow up, but I’m sure that’s a work in progress.

Nice apartments. Won't recommend bottom floor. Sound like a herd of animals live on top of me. Also need pest control.

It is a well-organized, large apartment complex. Great place to live for folks whose children are elementary school age. The school is across the street. Slightly expensive.

Pensé que al mudarme aquí y por el precio de la renta viviría en un lugar decente. Dañaron el piso y luego de 6 meses sigo sin obtener respuestas. Tengo un problema de plagas en la unidad y no hacen nada por solucionarlo cuando el servicio de pest control está incluido en el pago de la renta inclusivo se coloca la orden y la cierran sin haber hecho el trabajo. En general muy mala atención de los administradores de la propiedad.

They don’t do pest control. The trash valet service leaves the receptacles disheveled and wide open. Maintenance doesn’t occasionally wash out the receptacles so when they’re left open it stinks in the hallways. The gate never works. Teenagers are always being obnoxious in the gym and unsupervised. This is NOT a luxury experience.

We do have pest control they are here on Monday's please make sure to call the office to get on that weeks schedule before Monday. We have reached out to the valet trash vendor to see about getting liners for your trash container. I would suggest that you make sure to double bag things that might leak. We will work on adding this to our maintenance schedule. We are working gym access and hoping to have that resolved quickly.
Breeze ways are disgusting, in my almost 3 years of residency I've seen it cleaned once. Gates are always broken, and there's always a nice welcome with a mountain of trash as you enter the residents gate. Pool/grillarea/gym is closed for issues about twice a month give or take in the last year.

Buen complex en los primeros años pero últimamente dejan mucho que desear, principalmente el mantenimiento. Hay conductores que no respetan la señales de tránsito. Todos los meses algunos conductores golpean y tumban los portones de entrada o salida, quedando éstos abiertos por varios días afectando la seguridad de los residentes.

Beautiful well maintained property. Staff understands the definition of customer service even in a time where most places of business don’t focus on it. My place is peaceful and I love that it’s just a neighbor and myself in my building. I am happy here.

One star is too high for this place; Worse experience ever… these apartments are infested with ants and cockroaches; we are dealing with that for over a month, they have a pest control service that has been coming once a week, but whatever they do doesn’t work. We put our own traps everywhere and it also is not working, now we are going to hire our own exterminator to try to take care of the problem, it’s disgusting!!! The roaches are everywhere at night no matter how clean you keep the house. Besides that Maintenance is not done in a timely manner, things stay broken for a long time before they get fixed. I do not recommend these rentals at all.

I approve for my comment to be shared for marketing purposes of the community. My move in process was GREAT. Maintenance team was amazing , the front office team was great, knowledgeable, approachable and welcoming, kind and professional. The neighborhood is quite and does provide the Sanctuary and Serenity needed after a long day of work. The location is great I’m close to the 417 and close enough to the airport. Open concept living room and Kitchen with great nature light, HUGE walk in closest in my 2/2, Valet trash pick up, Screened patio is a very nice touch and size, cable and internet package being included in price is great as well making it super easy for move in. Online leasing and online pmt is great. Food trucks and events for residents. Great communication, great community and atmosphere.
