What a beautiful place right here in the best location, Altamonte, near I-4, shopping, restaurants, just a convenient location. The property was just stunning, clean, and such a friendly staff, specifically Emily and the manager, they were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this community absolutely outstanding!

I took a tour with the manager Trish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! The apartments were very spacious and laid out well. It really was a nice community with a great location near everything I would need. The gym was really nice, even had a punching bag. I look forward to moving there in the spring.

The Sanctuary at Centerpointe is nothing but amazing. Trish and Valerie are absolute help! The move in process was easier than going to sleep. The full facility is clean, new, modern, & up-to-date. The staff is very much tentative to all of your needs. And you cannot complain about the price for the location of where you stay (eatery’s, shopping centers, & of course I-4).

Great location Everything in walking distance Super friendly staff, you feel welcome Quiet when it’s appropriate If you have a normal size dog, try to avoid all the other ones in the building. They are mostly small and come in twos. Not friendly.

In simple words, I have lived at the Sanctuary at Centerpointe for over four years, if wasn't an amazing place to live I would have moved after the first year!!!. Great staff always on top of things, amazing location, all the amenities you would need in apartment building and more. I spent a year living at The Sanctuary, and while the building is new and has potential, there are several drawbacks that made my stay less enjoyable. For a property only a couple of years old, there are an alarming number of broken features, such as the dog washing station, and odd design choices like mismatched vinyl flooring and awkward spacing throughout. The water pressure is frustratingly low, which adds to the daily inconveniences. The construction on nearby roads has been a constant headache, and the non-functional traffic light in front of the building only makes things worse. The single exit is a safety concern and adds to the congestion. Additionally, having to pay to reserve the sky lounge feels unnecessary for residents already paying premium rent. While I appreciated some aspects of living here, the frequent maintenance issues and inconvenient design choices left me feeling disappointed overall. Improvements are needed to match the promise of a new luxury property.

Had a great living experience here at Sanctuary! The management and team have always been a pleasure to work with, very professional. The building and common space are super clean too. I personally have never experienced any noise from neighbors, I’ve also lived in three different units in this building. So maybe my spouse and I got lucky, or it’s not as bad as people say. I will say, the price is steep, but the area alone makes it worth it, right on Cranes Roost, with access to all the events including Red Hot and BOOM all within walking distance. The property and the team set a great example for what to expect from apartment living.

The building itself has no security. Anyone can access the building at any time. Maintenance is not what it used to be you can’t even get filters for the ac anymore. Still trying to get dryer fixed 5 months later.
