Sanctuary at Centerpointe

I love the location, the amenities and the layout of my apartment. I dont like the smell of marijuana in the hallways and common areas and the price.

I continue to enjoy living in my community. Being postpartum it’s a safe neighborhood and I love being able to just step outside and take my baby for walks around the park. I would highly recommend living here.

Polite and professional leasing agents. Emilie was very helpful throughout and the lease process was thorough and easy. I will recommend to anyone who is interested.

Great location Everything in walking distance Super friendly staff, you feel welcome Quiet when it’s appropriate If you have a normal size dog, try to avoid all the other ones in the building. They are mostly small and come in twos. Not friendly.

Great place to live, I've been here 4 years now, and I would recommend it to anyone who might be interested in living here. Great shopping area, restaurants. Everything is in close proximity. Beautiful park, lake I really enjoy it here.

In simple words, I have lived at the Sanctuary at Centerpointe for over four years, if wasn't an amazing place to live I would have moved after the first year!!!. Great staff always on top of things, amazing location, all the amenities you would need in apartment building and more. When my friends come to visit they tell me they feel like they are in a resort!!. I would recommend to anyone!!.

The application process was very easy. I was always accompanied by the staff who were attentive to our needs. They also have very friendly staff, highly recommended.

Excited to be a new resident and everything that is in the area to experience can’t speak on experience yet since I haven’t moved in but familiar with the area I will update this information in a few weeks !

Overall a good experience. The amenities are nice and the location is great. Original build of the apartment was poor leading to areas of the apartment wearing down quickly

Iv had the least amount of issues living here and all and all enjoy the community. Have I had some issues yes but they get addressed timely.

Staff has been very friendly and welcoming! Simone was incredible to work with and accommodated my fast move in and worked with me to get everything I needed!

Excellent customer serves. The representative that helped me with my appointment was very helpful! He walked me through the process and took his time. Also when I went back to ask questions the other representative was also very attentive!

It's a beautiful place to live, close to everything, the area is very nice and quiet, no one hanging out in the hallway, the residents are very welcoming.

Hello, I can’t deny Simone is awesome! She goes above and beyond for her residents and she just very relaxed and patient. I really wouldn’t want it no other way seriously!

I spent a year living at The Sanctuary, and while the building is new and has potential, there are several drawbacks that made my stay less enjoyable. For a property only a couple of years old, there are an alarming number of broken features, such as the dog washing station, and odd design choices like mismatched vinyl flooring and awkward spacing throughout. The water pressure is frustratingly low, which adds to the daily inconveniences. The construction on nearby roads has been a constant headache, and the non-functional traffic light in front of the building only makes things worse. The single exit is a safety concern and adds to the congestion. Additionally, having to pay to reserve the sky lounge feels unnecessary for residents already paying premium rent. While I appreciated some aspects of living here, the frequent maintenance issues and inconvenient design choices left me feeling disappointed overall. Improvements are needed to match the promise of a new luxury property.

Love being centrally located and close to I4 access, shopping, dining, Cranes Roost, Sanford, Maitland, Winter Park. Beautiful property with great amenities. Great for dogs, too!

Lived here since they opened Nov 2020 and I love it! The neighborhood is beautiful and the connivence of everything is literally at your door step.

Beautiful property and wonderful community in general. Perfect for evening strolls overlooking Cranes Roost during sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Average Uber ride to mall (if it’s raining) is approximately $5.00.

The community is dog friendly. I love the location, close to everything I need. I like the layout of the apartment. It is spacious and perfect for my small family.

Had a great living experience here at Sanctuary! The management and team have always been a pleasure to work with, very professional. The building and common space are super clean too. I personally have never experienced any noise from neighbors, I’ve also lived in three different units in this building. So maybe my spouse and I got lucky, or it’s not as bad as people say. I will say, the price is steep, but the area alone makes it worth it, right on Cranes Roost, with access to all the events including Red Hot and BOOM all within walking distance. The property and the team set a great example for what to expect from apartment living.

The building itself has no security. Anyone can access the building at any time. Maintenance is not what it used to be you can’t even get filters for the ac anymore. Still trying to get dryer fixed 5 months later.

We love living here, convenient, well kept, friendly staff. Despite the construction of Sanctuary 2, our building has remained clean and accessible

I really love living here, nice atmosphere, it's easy to get around from point A to point B. The building is clean and quiet, the staff is always welcoming with kind words or just a hello.

office has been amazing since the application process, and maintenance never has me waiting more than a day to resolve any service requests. i recommend this place to everyone, i love it here!

So far everything is great. Love the space, the building, all of it. The amenities offered seem great and cannot wait to start using all of them. And nothing is better than having an attached parking garage to help avoid the Florida afternoon rain. That is a big plus.

Great location & amenities. Amazing sunset views! Can walk to great restaurants and shopping. The aesthetics are also very nice in and around the interior of the apartment complex.

I love living here. I have been here 4 months. The location, the amenities, and the lake are just the best! Yes, there is construction happening next door, but I’m at work for the majority of the time they are working, so it never bothers me. Our hallway is a bit unkept every once in while, but people need to be better at picking up after themselves, too. The stomping noises above me were really bad for a brief period but it has stopped so now it is peaceful again. For the two maintenance issues I have had, staff was promptly responsive.

office made moving in sooo easy, and maintenance has been amazing at completing work orders within the same day. don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

this is the loudest place i have ever lived in... if u dont move in to the top floor dont move in. want service good luck pay for trash service but without the service etc just keep it pushing .....

Last weekend I was trying to figure out how to get the grill lite and a neighbor came over helped out. We chatted for a bit. Great guy! Deandre (leasing agent) is always pleasant and greets me with a smile. I’m enjoying my first week in my new home.

The noise from neighbors, dogs, yes it's more than excessive. The quality of construction and materials... Looks are quite deceiving, it's cheap and obviously done to a low standard easy to see after actually living here and looking at things. Appliances look nice but are cheap, with exception of the washer/dryer they are in fact nice. Unfortunately they take up the only real storage space you have. Trash service is sub par at best, don't put out more than three boxes or two bags... Doesn't matter if no one else has trash out the they won't take it. The wiring i.e. electrical work is also a mystery, poorly wired with switches that go to nothing, the bedrooms don't have lights or fans overhead you have to put them in yourself and hope the writing they've done inside the junction boxes and switches are correct. The clubhouse is decorated and maintained extremely well, you'll never get to use it as it's only open during their office hours, so forget your morning coffee before work and forget lounging and playing billiards, foosball, the arcade game machine, the conference room, computer area, etc. with anyone that does work and didn't get to the building until after 6.... It's closed to you! Why.... Well that's a good question maybe you have to pay extra to get actual access to it or maybe it's a secret club, or maybe it's just corporate excuses and a failure at all levels of management to give residents access to advertised amenities because that's just how it is and it's never going to change... At least according to personal that work for Greystar's Sanctuary at Centerpointe. It's at an amazing location, it looks very nice, but there are some definite quality and management issues. Unfortunately unless things have some actual changes we'll be leaving at the end of the lease or sooner, for the money I don't think it's worth it, not even close.

I wish I had read some reviews which touched on this. The noise here is by far the worst that I have ever experienced. There are nothing but hard floor surfaces which make moving around quietly a chore. If you can't be on a top floor, I would stay away as if you have a late night neighbor, they will wake you up all night and the management can do nothing about it. They claim that there are "quiet hours" but that really doesn't mean anything. From the barking dogs outside on balconies at all hours of the night (who really does that to an animal?) to loud, unruly neighbors, there are always loud noises for you to enjoy. All hours of the day. Reaching out to management is a waste of time as well. If you take one thing from this review, avoid this place at all costs. It's expensive for what you get. As someone said before, the noise is crazy with the plumbing and flooring. If you are thinking about it, words can't truly prepare you for how bad it is. You've been warned which I wished that more people had done for us. I'm glad that we are in a very short-term lease and definitely won't be renewing. You can thank me later for helping you avoid the biggest housing mistake of your life. This has been our worst home experience by far and again, I wished that there were more warning signs from others.

Pros: - Location. - 2 free months. - New construction and appliances. Cons: - Noise, you will hear your neighbors. I live on the top floor and hear neighbors both below and beside nearly daily. - Construction is cheap. Door locks didn’t work at move-in, nails that aren’t in all the way, trim that has fallen off cabinetry, flooring that’s coming up, even holes in the wall. - Staff that don’t respond to emails or calls nor do they follow-up when they say they will. - Some kitchen cabinets and drawers are tiny, just a few inches in width.

This complex is so cheaply made and the staff here is unbelievably rude. It doesn't matter how much you complain or ask questions, because the more you contact the staff the more irritated you get. I feel like I'm walking on egg shells in my own living space. It's horrible.

I have lived here since they first opened the doors! I can’t say enough about this community as well as the amazing staff they have working here! Ever since my first phone call to inquire about the rental property up until today they have bent over backwards! They are all amazing & work so hard!! The complex is beautiful it’s like living in a resort!!! I HIGHLY recommend living here..I LOVE it! Not one issue at all, very clean, sleek & beautiful! High quality apartments..luxury for sure! I can’t even begin to tell you everything that included living here! Kudos to everyone at the Sanctuary I’m not treated like a “tenant”, but like family ??

The rental office is filled with unprofessional people, the grounds are falling apart to be brand new. There is no privacy, you can hear your neighbors every move, and the fire alarms sound daily. This is like living in hell.

This building is loud, poorly made, and the leasing staff is horrible, things are falling apart in this brand new apt, the fire alarms go off everyday and the maintenance men will enter your apartment with no notice. The rental office hasn’t responding to any of my concerns. Save yourself the trouble and pick another home.

Such a beautiful community in the Altamonte Springs area! This property is literally in the center of everything- shopping, dining, all sorts of entertainment, and best of all Cranes Roost Park! I was so happy to take advantage of the 2 months free leasing promotion and secure my 1 bedroom floor plan. I can't wait to call this place my home.
