Property Ratings at San Remo Villa Apartments
The apartment is too high of rent for the service supplied i have lived and still do live here 2 plus years now and the matenince people show up on their own time and make remarks about how your places looks when they do show up or just take over a week to fix a basic issue! The neighbors in my building are constantly loud and destructive they do not care of other peoples vehicles in the lot no matter who you complain to or talk to no issue really gets solved her the management is terrible and doesnt actually try with this property unsafe, not recommended, there are at least 10 other apartment complexs around this area that are better priced and are nicer (also application fee is also very high had some friends try to get an apartment here and they made them submit several different applications charged them the few for the 4 applications they made them apply with the denied them for each one with no refund at that with such high fee and everything you think the place would be more well constructed and wouldnt flood a bit when it rains alot)
My apartment is very nice I love it & it's very quiet great neighbors and its a great Community a great neighborhood I love it
