Property Ratings at San Montego
There isn’t 2 assigned parkings. It’s everyone for themselves. Maintenance won’t enter to fix anything even if you give them permission so your problem just keeps going. Cross your fingers that you get quiet neighbors because if you don’t expect to hear EVERYTHING. They don’t turn on the heater until AFTER a snow storm and the only air that blows into your apartment during the summer is hot so you need to but a window unit. Save your money and find somewhere else.
The neighbors and neighborhood are typical career apartment lifetime dwellers. You can hear and smell everything through the vents from your adjoining neighbors. They take a minimum of 5 to 6 weeks for any simple, ordinary maintenance request. Someone once crashed into the dumpster while it was full but they didn't bother to empty it for 10 days!! Last but not least, they have roaches and other insects throughout the buildings. Stay at your of your own health.
