Property Ratings at San Michele Andros Isles
We've loved here for 1 year and we like the area..the office staff is really nice Tanisha and Rolando are the best! The apartment is really spacious..the price is too high though and it went up alot in the one year we've lived here...the walls are really thin which sucks if you've got kids. Any little knock or movement can be heard which is annoying! The front doors and patio door especially makes the most noise when neighbors enter or leave. The maintenance service is awesome anything I ask for gets fixed ASAP. The best part is there's a Publix that's walking distance it's super convenient! Thanks for all your help Tanisha and Rolando you're awesome!
When we first moved in I was not happy with the apt they gave us . It was outdated but they have gone out of their way to make things right . It seems to be a good place and a public’s right next to us .The reason it’s hard to get in touch with them is there is only one person working the office.
Terrible place to rent if you actually want an apartment in normal working order. Appliance and A/C issues galore, including terribly musty, moldy units. If you tour a unit make sure to smell the ac vents as they turn on, you will probably get a face full of mold. Management will downright ignore service requests if their maintenance crew can't fix it on the first try. If you go in person to the office and insist they actually fix things they will make a half assed attempt and then decline to renew your lease. The gate is always broken and when it does work it takes about 5 minutes to get in the neighborhood because new residents get no gate pass and for some reason share the same gate as guests. Rent is almost as high as brand new condo buildings in the area and yet I wouldn't pay half of that to live here. Good luck if you ever want to get in contact with Drea Group, the LLC that owns the place.
I have been living at San Michele and getting ready to sign my second renewal. The staff is excellent. Jay the Manager does everything in his power to make the tenants happy. He explains things in a way that makes you glad to call San Michele home. The Nsintensnce staff is polite and the responsiveness is great.
I warn everyone that this place is very shady. 1. Can't pay at the office or online. Only option is to mail to Miami. 2. Maintenance is a joke. Went almost 3 days with NO AC. 3. The office is closed on the weekends and never open until 5pm. 4. Renters beware. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. 5. They will not trust post office date stamping your rent, it's when they get it in their hands. My rent was stamped by USPS on the 26th but didn't arrive "in their hands" until the 9th! They proceeded to put a notice stating that unless I handled myself accordingly I would have to deal with an attorney! This was the first and last time that I mailed my payment without it being certified. It's absolutely ridiculous how they treat people. P.S. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Just wish the actual group that owns it wasn't so shady.
This place is amazing. But it is expensive with having to babies. I recommend this place to everyone one i know
I didn't know how much I would have loved it when I first came here. The current property manager is always on top of things needing to be done, maintenance is always extremely kind and helpful, and I feel completely safe in the area. Not the biggest community, but there is a lovely pool and gym that never seems to be too crowded. My 2/2 apartment has served such a wonderful place for me to come home to. You can walk to the shopping center in front of the complex. Makes grocery runs super convenient. Carpet and tile mixture. Spacious. I love it here!
I wanted to show some property to clients of mine. I called the office for two days straight to see if any apartments were available. No one answered. Finally we drove over there one morning. Apparently the same number I was calling was at the gate. No one at the office answered the gate phone. We had to park outside the neighborhood and walk all the way to the clubhouse. All this just to hear nothing was available. I told the lady no one is answering the phones. She kind of brushed me off and said "I'm the only one here." I suggest they should answer the phone and atleast put them on hold if they are too overwhelmed. I also remember asking a question online and never hearing a response.
