San Merano is a clean, quiet, family-friendly residence that is exceptionally well-managed. It feels very safe and very neighborly, is pet-friendly, has nice facilities and has a really responsive team of people to fix any issues in need of repair.

Lived here 11 months. Apartment was available quickly but it did come at a premium. Good clean environment overall. Staff were friendly and accommodating. But it did take quite a while to Get MAILBOX KEYS and I NEVER GOT THE SO CALLED DWELO smart home device, although I paid for it 11 months. I left the apartment in impeccable condition and I wrote the management requesting a refund due to me for the device charges. NO RESPONSE to date and it’s been 9 months now. Sadly the upper management level is next to impossible to contact directly for resolutions, this then only places you in the hands of local management, who in almost all cases have their hands tied behind their backs, and leaves the customer infuriated. Terrible customer support. These are the types of experiences that ultimately leave a BAD REVIEW. I was struggling to leave even a 3 star review, only because I enjoyed being in a good neighborhood.

I’ve been here since August and never have any issues ever. If there’s an issue the service teams here to fix it. If there’s a community update they will make sure you’re informed. If you have any questions walk right into the main office and you’re welcomed to sit and ask away any time. I’ve been in many communities in many areas of Palm Beach County. By far this is my favorite. Mirasol alone is pretty enough and to have these affordable apartments in an area like Mirasol is something worth your money. I would suggest yes to anyone looking at moving to the area. This is your pick.

I recently had the pleasure of a tour with Patricia who had greeted me in a professional, welcoming manner. She was so unassuming; so down to earth and without any pretense of, as the Three Stooges' would say..."hoi polloi" . There was no intimidation whatsoever given the place is aesthetically overwhelmingly pristine and Patricia and her co-worker/manager Daisy treated me kindly with genuine understanding. To be honest, the community is gorgeous, and when the complex opened the apartments were as well. 15 years later and i think its a different story - the units are falling into disrepair with broken appliances, broken doors, mold issues, leaks, and drain clogs. The office staff are also pretty useless, bordering on negligent and it was pretty clear my unit wasn't actually cleaned before i moved in (my sink was covered in coffee grounds and the oven was caked with grease and almost caught fire the first time i used it, master tub was clogged....etc)

This place has very old appliances with a lot of issues, very dusty and loud (right next to highway plus roofing construction). Most of their positive reviews are from people when they move in, less than a month.
Beautiful grounds and lakes, well taken care of. Building exteriors in very good condition and well maintained.
Never have any issues. Office and maintenance staff have been great to deal with. I really have not had a lot of issues but any that have come up and have been handled right away. Staff is always courteous, polite and professional.
My gate opener stopped working. I got ahold of Donovan in the office who immediately met me outside to access the problem quickly and professionally. He went through several openers that continued not to work when I noticed it was getting late and almost time for him to leave. He would have stayed until the issue was resolved but because I knew if I went anywhere there was another way to use the gate so I insisted he go home and we would pick it up on Monday. Understand please he was insisting on staying Im the one who had to tell him we would get it fixed on Monday. On Monday morning I called the office and got ahold of Zorita, the AssistantOffice Manager. Donovan had already gotten to her to let her know the issue And she was ready and waiting for me with a new gate opener. Pretty good customer service if you ask me!
Ive been living here for nearly a month and it is so quiet and peaceful. Excellent homes in a great neighborhood. Awesome staff. They had made my experience so easy and pleasant in moving in. 10 Stars for everything
Not a nice place to live. Place it not being kept up. Poor services
San Merano is a lovely community that is very well kept and is in a very nice, convenient location. Staff is helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept and it has a quiet atmosphere. My apartment is spacious with new appliances, lots of cabinets, adequate counterspace and walk-in closet. Parking is excellent.
We have been here for about 6 months and couldnt be happier with the staff, the grounds, and the amenities. This community is fantastic.
Great community. Well kept. From front office to maintenance everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. Love walking my dog at night especially because of how everything is lit up. I feel like I live in a Disney Resort Hotel.
Do not live here unless you want a management that dodges your calls everyday and is not in the best interest of ALL its residences. Not to mention almost everything was broken when we moved in along with stained and dirty floors that took several cleans to clean. I do not understand the great ratings people are leaving.
Wouldnt go anywhere else! Great location, great office staff and great maintenance staff. Love it here!

Nice place to live
We recently moved in, and couldnt be happier. Management has been friendly, helpful, and overall great with communication. The neighbors are kind, and the property is well maintained. Very happy with this decision to move to this community.
No speed limit enforcement, parties making noise at all hours, if you miss living in a college dorm you'll love it.
In general, I think San Merano has and excellent maintenance crew. They have always responded in the most timely manner to any problems.
Everything is as expected. Community is managed and maintained very well.
We have been living at San Merano for about 3 years, and the experience has been very pleasant. Their personal and service is excellent. The maintenance team services is remarkable (Juan O and Daniel). Zoraida, Donovan and the others are awesome people. If you are looking for beautiful place for your family and with good lease, San Merano is the place.
I really love this community. Well maintained and Staff are extremely helpful and polite. It is in a beautiful serene location surrounded by lush trees and close to shopping and excellent restaurants. I highly recommend.

I have been living here for the last three years. This is my fourth time renting in this community in the last 15 years. I enjoy the location, community and the high level of guest service. I would highly recommend San Merano at Mirasol.

Been living here a year and just got a rent increase of $400/mos for year lease and $600/mos for month to month. Rent gauging I think so. Air conditioning broke at least 4 times in this year. Bushes outside of my apartment are dying and a sad state. Complained several times and nothing done. Paying for alarm system that does not work because all the wiring in my apartment is done incorrectly. Office staff nice but nothing really gets done. They just keep fixing the same things and don’t do anything permanent. Now this rent increase. Ridiculous and the complex is not worth it. On top of it went on line and found so many empty apartments for rent that are less than my 2 bedroom that I am renting now, never mind the rent increase.
Niice apartments in beautiful surroundings with HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT that flat out ignores residents issues, phone calls and emails.
This apartment rental community is like resort style living. Its unique style and beautiful grounds bring a sanctuary essence. The pool gives that feel of being on vacation with its palm trees and comfortable chaise lounge chairs. People are friendly, its pet friendly and very peaceful in the evenings. All the amenities are state of the art! Close to shopping and not far off the beaten path! Love it!
I lived here for two years. The floor plans are very spacious and the price per square footage in the area is pretty good. It's still expensive to live here but everywhere is expensive in Palm Beach Gardens. All of the apartments come with free basic cable. They give discounts when applying for an apartment depending on where you work. I've only had a few issues while living here. My garbage disposal broke one time(the screws came out inside it) and I had to submit multiple requests for it to be fixed. And also, I've seen cockroaches in my apartment even though I keep it clean and vacuumed frequently. I assume its just because I live on the 1sr floor. The staff has always been pretty friendly. They give free air filters for you to replace every month. There is a trash valet service that picks up your trash 5 days a week right outside your door. This is a gated community. I've always felt safe here even when I got home in the middle of the night. I was looking for a safe place when doing my apartment search since I would be a single female living alone. As for things to do around, there's an LA fitness about 1-2 miles away and restaurants, shops, the gardens mall within 5 miles. The beach is about 7 miles away.
Being in the military as an Army recruiter the transition further from military life was difficult. Finding a place was the worse BUT San Merano is easily the best location at the best price in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. This also includes customer service; I am so happy I found this place because my search for an apartment immediately stopped here.
I have lived here for 2 years & love my apartment. It is in an excellent school district and they continually doing things to update the apartments & the community. the neighborhood is top notch & the landscaping is fantastic. This is an excellent place to call home.
