San Mateo Crossing

I have a year already and tgis is my first time leaving in apartment, but I love it, is very quiet ,if I have any problems they coming and fixed it faster, so no complain for me. The girls in the office there are very nice and helpful

Peaceful, Accessible, Close to the Orlando Hospital, Close to Walmart, and other Stores. Office Staff is Great, I really recommend, I love living here!

Overall experience is fantastic. Nice neighbors and i love that i am close to nearby stores and most importantly, my family. The gym and pool are also a plus of living here. Always a nice time when i go out to the pool for some tanning

Been a resident for 3 years now, and can say the best staff around. The apartments are nice and roomy, rent is not too bad for the area it is in, it’s super safe, and parking is no hassle. Love this place.

Excelente. Just that I Can hear everything that my neighber do. Other than that is excelente place to live. Near everything. That other do I notice that also the train station is in front of the apartment.

Great place with friendly staff and well maintained facilities (pool, gym, dog park and club house). Great location with plenty of stores nearby.

I've been here going on 3 months and I love it here. It's a perfect location for so many things. I haven't enjoyed the clubhouse or pool yet but it is very nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone I know that is looking.

I have lived in this community for more than five years and, unfortunately, I have seen how it has deteriorated. I do not see any serious effort to keep the community clean and organized. Today, I submitted my notice of non-renewal of the contract.

I love the convenience of the sunrail nearby to go places easily. It is also great for my commute to work at the hospital. Maintenance is on it when i submit a request as well. Definitely recommend to my friends & family.

I have enjoyed being here so far! Evelyn helped me out throughout the whole process of me moving here. I love how clean and quiet the community is.

It is great for the price of rent. Very rarely do I hear a lot of noise. Pool is very nice and has a lot of seating area. Grills are a nice addition. I like the food trucks that come around. Gym is ok. The option for community rewards is nice. Feels like the gates are almost always under maintenance. But overall I do think this is a good place to live

I love living in San Mateo !! You have everything next to you. The amenities are amazing. And the team always are helping you in everything.

The community is very nice and well taken care of but we didn’t feel welcomed by residents. The apartment is nice spacious with new appliances.

Everyone and everything has been great. The apartment and location is perfect and ideal for my commute to work and to my children’s school. Also happy that the ER is within reach due to my son having asthma. You just never know

I recently just moved it, the move in transition was very manageable apartment was very clean there were some fixtures but they handled it very well. The only downfall is that my car got towed on the first night here bc I forgot to place the residential sticker and they could not do anything for me nor refund me the amount. Other than that it has been good !

I genuinely enjoy living here—the community is nice, and the front office staff does a great job. They’re helpful, responsive, and the property is well-maintained. That said, I recently had a frustrating experience where my car was towed from the complex due to an error that wasn’t my fault. The towing company, Brignoni Towing, falsely advertises 24-hour service, but no one was available until 9 AM. I was left without a car overnight, which felt unsafe and unnecessary. I don’t believe the front office intended for this to happen, but I do think Brignoni Towing should not be contracted if they can’t operate with integrity and transparency. It reflects poorly on an otherwise great place to live.

I love this community and I like my apartment. They always keep around very clean and safe. When you they bring food truck is amazing. Also when we have a problem in the apartment they always come

Great place to live with great staff/management. The other residents are nice and friendly. Would love to see future upgrades the apartment complex might bring

love the complex. unit is spacious. only issue is that A/C goes out about once a month or so. Apparently this is just an issue with first floor units as we’ve been told. Nonetheless, it is annoying. otherwise, all amenities are great and neighborhood is quiet and gated.

Amazing community. The location us nice and people are also nice too. Maintenance crew always fixes any issues i have. Fast and responsive. I will reccomend my friends and family to come here.

I just moved in one week ago but it’s so far calm and peaceful. Apartment is in Great condition. Haven’t used amenities yet. I will Be using the gym daily and my husband the pool and my dog the dog park. Excited about it

Fue muy fluido el proceso de admisión. Todo conforme a lo ofrecido. El ascensor funciona y las normas de funcionamiento acordes. El apartamento silencioso con hermosa vista lo recomiendo.

Overall, my experience has been great, particularly when it comes to maintenance. The maintenance team is exceptional and they provide timely updates throughout their process and are always responsive. However, communication from the leasing office staff has been frustrating. Responses to emails and texts are often delayed or go unanswered, which I initially ignored. Over time, I've realized that getting a response through these non-verbal channels is nearly impossible. While I understand that their workload is demanding, waiting weeks for a reply is unreasonable. Phone calls are difficult as well—it takes multiple attempts throughout the day to get through, which is inconvenient with my own work schedule. Since I work from 8 AM to 5 PM, I prefer to communicate via email or text, but this has proven unreliable. I truly hope the office staff improves their communication, as better responsiveness would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this issue, the property is great.

Very nice neighborhood clean quiet safe area near everything close to parks and great food and shopping easy access to highway great amenities

Just moved in yesterday, so far everything has been great, Evelyn took excellent care of us! The Loft we are staying in is modern and great quality. We love it so far.

The workers are friendly, the neighbors are nice, and the location is good. However there are a lot of dogs and dog pee that has stained the hallway carpet and the area often smells musty.

So far been here for almost 6 months the level of cleanliness not only on the property throughout my building I use the gym daily that’s clean organized and people are so respectful of the rules the complex sets and the pool despite having times where it’s full it’s alwaysssss clean
