I love this community and I like my apartment. They always keep around very clean and safe. When you they bring food truck is amazing. Also when we have a problem in the apartment they always come

love the complex. unit is spacious. only issue is that A/C goes out about once a month or so. Apparently this is just an issue with first floor units as we’ve been told. Nonetheless, it is annoying. otherwise, all amenities are great and neighborhood is quiet and gated.

Amazing community. The location us nice and people are also nice too. Maintenance crew always fixes any issues i have. Fast and responsive. I will reccomend my friends and family to come here.

I just moved in one week ago but it’s so far calm and peaceful. Apartment is in Great condition. Haven’t used amenities yet. I will Be using the gym daily and my husband the pool and my dog the dog park. Excited about it

Fue muy fluido el proceso de admisión. Todo conforme a lo ofrecido. El ascensor funciona y las normas de funcionamiento acordes. El apartamento silencioso con hermosa vista lo recomiendo.

Feels like living in a resort. It’s so clean. So beautiful. I’m so happy being here. Everything is so close by too. I hope to stay here for many years.

Amazing staff and community ! Love the weekly food trucks and fun clubhouse events for the residents. Stays clean an ontop of the exterior keeping it nice

Overall, my experience has been great, particularly when it comes to maintenance. The maintenance team is exceptional and they provide timely updates throughout their process and are always responsive. However, communication from the leasing office staff has been frustrating. Responses to emails and texts are often delayed or go unanswered, which I initially ignored. Over time, I've realized that getting a response through these non-verbal channels is nearly impossible. While I understand that their workload is demanding, waiting weeks for a reply is unreasonable. Phone calls are difficult as well—it takes multiple attempts throughout the day to get through, which is inconvenient with my own work schedule. Since I work from 8 AM to 5 PM, I prefer to communicate via email or text, but this has proven unreliable. I truly hope the office staff improves their communication, as better responsiveness would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this issue, the property is great.

Just moved in yesterday, so far everything has been great, Evelyn took excellent care of us! The Loft we are staying in is modern and great quality. We love it so far.

The workers are friendly, the neighbors are nice, and the location is good. However there are a lot of dogs and dog pee that has stained the hallway carpet and the area often smells musty.

So far been here for almost 6 months the level of cleanliness not only on the property throughout my building I use the gym daily that’s clean organized and people are so respectful of the rules the complex sets and the pool despite having times where it’s full it’s alwaysssss clean

Living here has truly been an amazing experience. I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly kind and always goes out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. The entire property is very well-maintained, peaceful, and quiet, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy being at home. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-designed — I feel really lucky to live here. The location is also great, with many stores and places nearby. Ok so those new reviews are lying. Its probably the staff that are writing reviews. Lots of people are leaving ! I've been here for a full year, and I'm about to break my lease. Its HORIBLE !!!! I have 2 dogs, no clean space to walk my dogs. Cockroaches EVRYWHERE! Man, it don't matter if you clean every singles day, they hide behind the appliances, cabinets, dishwashers... everywhere! Even when pest control came, the guy told me, listen you are not the only one, these apartments are full of cockroaches! I mean comeeeeee on. He comes every single day to the complex. The gates are always broken ! I am soooo tired of living here ! That the moment I find another place, I'm out ! Think about it before you sign. And if you want to see the apts, go ahead, and move the stove, the refrigerators, THE DISHWASHER, and ON TOP of the cabinets!!!

It’s a great community and apartment complex. Management is good also and very communicative. I hope they make more upgrades to the gym and invite more food trucks

It is really nice here the staff is nice and the neighbors are friendly it is very clean I would recommend it they are always there to help and I also love the food trucks that come every week

2nd year at San Mateo. Love the location as its near attractions and the highway. The complex is overall really clean and kept up. I have reccomended this complex to many of my friends.

It's been almost a year of living here and my experience has been great. Awesome staff and always clean site. Repairs if needed are done super fast, pool is always clean and the activities they do for residents are super nice.

Absolutely good experience, living here more than 2 years, answer all requirements, they try to be comfortable for us. The rent prices are competitive, no one in the area have a similar renting prices.

Amazing process. The ladies at the leasing office are always attentive and provide excellent service. It’s always important to have clear communication between the staff and all my concerns were always answered super nice less stress on me.

"As a resident of San Mateo Crossings for over two years, the place I now call home, and happy to highly recommend, I'm compelled to speak up about the lack of respect some residents show towards others. I've witnessed firsthand the disregard for our community's rules and cleanliness. Today, I encountered two young male residents by the lake who failed to pick up after their pets, despite my presence. As an elderly woman with a physical condition, I'm dismayed by this lack of consideration. I always clean up after my pet, but these residents seem to disregard the rules and disrespect their fellow residents. Additionally, smoking in non-smoking areas and littering are also persistent issues. I urge those responsible to consider the impact on their fellow residents. We all pay rent and deserve a clean and respectful environment. Our management team works hard to maintain our community, but they can't do it alone. Let's take pride in our home and respect one another. Please, let's work together to keep our community clean and respect the rules. Sincerely, Elizabeth Santelises

Great location, near the airport and all the theme parks. As far as the apartments layout very comfortable. The admin office and maintenance staff very friendly and efficient.

San Mateo Crossings so far has been a good community to live. Location is convenient, near The Loop and the Sunrail. They do a lot of holiday activities for the community. Valet trash is super convenient.
