The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at San Jacinto Village Apartments
I lived here for 4yrs from oct 2021 to ‘25. I never had any problems with the unit or the staff. Any maintenance requests were taken care of asap. Finally it is in a nice area and very close to the airport. I cannot recommend enough especially at this price point!
18 years living at San-Jacinto Apartments?? Its time to move on. We graciously appreciate all Florin has done for our family. Florin deserves an award for the best manager in palm Springs! Maintenance and Gardner's work hard. San-Jacinto Village Apartments is a beautiful family oriented place to live. Shapans
I lived here for almost three years, and I highly recommend it as a place to live. First of all, the complex was very clean and well-maintained. Management was very responsive when we had problems, and keep the complex immaculate. My one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with a lot of storage space in it, several closets with shelves, and a nice-sized bathroom. The apartment building was very quiet. Even though it's right next to a major road, it's tucked away enough so that you're not really bothered by the traffic noise. It is also very close to most things you need to get to quickly: several grocery stores are within walking distance, and a few more are less than a ten-minute drive. There are walking paths and golf courses nearby, so there are a lot of opportunities to just get out of the house and take a walk. If you are looking for a year-round stay in Palm Springs, I highly recommend this place.
The property Manager, Florin, has been great. Very prompt in responding to all of my questions and any needs I had when moving in. I have been here about a month now, in a one bedroom and am very happy with the experience so far! Very spacious, great price, great location, clean property, they even had super cute Christmas lights for the holiday! Just a perfect place to call home. :)
