Property Ratings at San Jacinto Apartments
Apartments are falling apart. Repairs are not being done. Property Manager is rarely helpful. My best guess is they are trying to make the apartments condemnable in order to kick everybody out. They already have raised rent to a ridiculous amount for the area, also used to be based on income and that no longer exists. The picture is at least 7 years old, they definitely no longer look this nice. There is a Apartment that need a window replaced, one needs hot water heater replaced, and there are many more issues.
