Too much noise from neighbors with no repercussions. Nice layout and staff just horribly inconsiderate neighbors who don’t follow the rules and policies.
Going on 7 years living here and I love it! Office and Maintenance team rock it! Any issues I have had maintenance wise or otherwise was dealt with promptly and professionally every time. My kids and grandkids love it here, They love to come visit Especially the main pool! :):):)

Garbage disposal doesn't work. Front porch light is out, shower glass door gets off track easily, and kitchen light takes forever to turn on after I flip the switch for some reason.
So far this has been a pleasant experience here at San Cierra. Friendly staff and beautiful property. I am excited to see how living here will be. The tour went lovely and I enjoyed the space.

Due to no fault of the service team, I am less likely to recommend living in this apartment complex to others searching for housing due to the misrepresentation of amenities. When I applied to live here, it stated there were heated pools, hot tubs, 24 hour pools and 24 hour gym with a sauna. In the 3 years I have lived here, the pools have never been heated, the hot tubs are no longer working, the back pool has been closed all summer and I can no longer access the gym at my preferred time because the hours have changed and the sauna has never worked. The community room with the pool table is always locked and I was informed it was open to residents when I moved in. The gate has been broken the majority of the time I have lived here, and when they recently fixed them I was locked out of the complex at 3 am because my gate code didn’t work at the front without another access point due to not having my fob at the time. There is also an excessive amount of animal waste around the grounds although the apartment did add waste bag stations around the complex to help combat this issue.

Nice well kept community. Amenities are good except the back pool being closed the entirety of my residency here is frustrating - An update on that would be appreciated. Response time to maintenance request are great!

The scenery here is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and I personally love going out by the pool early in the morning to watch the sun guys such a beautiful scenery makes me feel like I’m in what was described as the garden of Eden.

It seems that this apartment complex assumes that all their tenants either work from home or are unemployed. They have special events on weekdays in the middle of the day, when only people under those categories could attend. Their new rules regarding the pool and fitness center are also extremely disappointing, making them only available from 7AM - 10PM when they both used to be 24 hours. While I can understand the shortening of the pool and overnight hours of the gym, many people (myself included) have to be to their jobs by 8AM, so they’ve completely eliminated the possibility of getting a morning workout in before work. If the concern is people damaging the facilities during these hours, there are cameras in both locations. Although they have fixed the Arizona Ave gates, the Grace Blvd gates still sit broken and constantly open for over a year.

Gate should be repaired this Friday, sorry for the delays as the supply issues and software issues created unexpected delays. Pool and Gym hours are hopefully a temporary time frame, the damages/floods/stolen items/parties in Gym has forced our hands to do a time lock.
I really do enjoy living here. When I first arrived here I was amazed at how well kept the grounds were kept. And the pool area blew me away (just need to get the television working), you see I’m from up north and as I walked around I felt like God had placed me in the Garden of Eden. I enjoy the peace and I enjoy watching the beautiful sun breaking through the dawn of the day. It’s a beautiful experience. I even shared my experience live on facebook for the world to see. Thank you San Sierra for this amazing experience.

I move to AZ two years ago and within that time have had to deal with two other apartment complexes (besides San Cierra) and they were both very disappointing. I am glad to say that I’ve finally found a place where I really enjoy living

Getting someone out to fix something in the apartment drags on to months. The neighbors are loud and don’t clean up after them selves. There’s no signs that strongly advised to pick up after their pets. The back gate has been broken and never fixed. The apartments are not insulated to keep the heat out during the summer and theres too many platforms for the complex when it should be all on one app

Dog poop everywhere so it stanks, pool and hot tub are always out of order , lights in cazebos are really dim can’t see at night , no playground or kid friendly stuff besides 4 swings . I feel like the money we pay to live here we def deserve more in the community to do

I've lived here for 10 years and I've seen the decline of the complex. It's getting old and dated. Landscaping seems to be keep trimming the shrubs, smaller and smaller, until they get to where they just die, then rip them out and don't put anything in it's place. Pool closed? Yeah, we don't get notification of that. Dated kitchens and bathrooms. No updated items for long term residents.

So far so good. The community seems active and very vibrant. There are alot of nice amenities but i am bummed that neither hot tub is in service. My neighbors seem very friendly and im happy with the overall experience so far

The ABSOLUTE WORST apartment complex ever! They have made sooo many mistakes since I've lived here (left us a weekend without a working toilet, no AC for long holiday weekends, locked us out of our storage because they didn't know if the renter still lived here) but the last straw was when they mistakenly towed my wife's car on Christmas and left her with no car to use. When we found out the next day, they closed an hour early and didn't tell anyone. The Tow yard was already closed. I'm going to sue them if they refuse to pay for this because this is just wrong on so many levels.

If we didn't hear back from anyone, yes, we do tow at that time. Please call our assistant manager for clarification.
Everyone here has been so helpful. I have enjoyed the community so far. Maintenance has been quick to take care of any issues I have had. The community is kept up nicely.

I have enjoyed my time here at San Cierra. The property is well maintained and all my neighbors very nice. Location to work, shopping and meals out are perfect for my needs. For the most part this complex is pretty great as far as the ammenities go. The pool was closed for maintenance at some point at the beginning of the summer but seems to be ok now. Our AC went out and Samantha was SUPER helpful with getting us taken care of with a portable AC unit and stuff. The only problem I have is that when we first moved in our unit was NOT supposed to have carpet and Cristal promised us that we would receive some sort of concession since they accidently installed carpet instead of vinyl and it's been 4 months and we still haven't seen any credit.

Rent is expensive and this community does not have much to offer for what you are paying. Not understanding why I have to pay for valet trash when the main dumpster is a few feet away and I can toss my own trash out. So I pay for Waste Management trash pick up and valet trash. Ridiculous! I don't use the community grills...I feel that is gross, but I have to pay the gas usage for those that are using it. Rent gets to be expensive when you are paying for community lights, water, etc. Yet, the front gate is wide open all the time and anyone can get onto the property, so having a Fob for the gate is useless. They claim that they are changing over to a new company for the gates...that was 3 months ago!

I took a walk around the complex to locate pool, fitness center and mailbox. The complex looked clean, well-maintained and easy to get around. My first impressions were all good ones.
