      The scenery here is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and I personally love going out by the pool early in the morning to watch the sun guys such a beautiful scenery makes me feel like I’m in what was described as the garden of Eden.

      It seems that this apartment complex assumes that all their tenants either work from home or are unemployed. They have special events on weekdays in the middle of the day, when only people under those categories could attend. Their new rules regarding the pool and fitness center are also extremely disappointing, making them only available from 7AM - 10PM when they both used to be 24 hours. While I can understand the shortening of the pool and overnight hours of the gym, many people (myself included) have to be to their jobs by 8AM, so they’ve completely eliminated the possibility of getting a morning workout in before work. If the concern is people damaging the facilities during these hours, there are cameras in both locations. Although they have fixed the Arizona Ave gates, the Grace Blvd gates still sit broken and constantly open for over a year.

      I really do enjoy living here. When I first arrived here I was amazed at how well kept the grounds were kept. And the pool area blew me away (just need to get the television working), you see I’m from up north and as I walked around I felt like God had placed me in the Garden of Eden. I enjoy the peace and I enjoy watching the beautiful sun breaking through the dawn of the day. It’s a beautiful experience. I even shared my experience live on facebook for the world to see. Thank you San Sierra for this amazing experience.

      Getting someone out to fix something in the apartment drags on to months. The neighbors are loud and don’t clean up after them selves. There’s no signs that strongly advised to pick up after their pets. The back gate has been broken and never fixed. The apartments are not insulated to keep the heat out during the summer and theres too many platforms for the complex when it should be all on one app

      Dog poop everywhere so it stanks, pool and hot tub are always out of order , lights in cazebos are really dim can’t see at night , no playground or kid friendly stuff besides 4 swings . I feel like the money we pay to live here we def deserve more in the community to do

      I've lived here for 10 years and I've seen the decline of the complex. It's getting old and dated. Landscaping seems to be keep trimming the shrubs, smaller and smaller, until they get to where they just die, then rip them out and don't put anything in it's place. Pool closed? Yeah, we don't get notification of that. Dated kitchens and bathrooms. No updated items for long term residents.

      So far so good. The community seems active and very vibrant. There are alot of nice amenities but i am bummed that neither hot tub is in service. My neighbors seem very friendly and im happy with the overall experience so far

      The ABSOLUTE WORST apartment complex ever! They have made sooo many mistakes since I've lived here (left us a weekend without a working toilet, no AC for long holiday weekends, locked us out of our storage because they didn't know if the renter still lived here) but the last straw was when they mistakenly towed my wife's car on Christmas and left her with no car to use. When we found out the next day, they closed an hour early and didn't tell anyone. The Tow yard was already closed. I'm going to sue them if they refuse to pay for this because this is just wrong on so many levels.

      For the most part this complex is pretty great as far as the ammenities go. The pool was closed for maintenance at some point at the beginning of the summer but seems to be ok now. Our AC went out and Samantha was SUPER helpful with getting us taken care of with a portable AC unit and stuff. The only problem I have is that when we first moved in our unit was NOT supposed to have carpet and Cristal promised us that we would receive some sort of concession since they accidently installed carpet instead of vinyl and it's been 4 months and we still haven't seen any credit.

      Rent is expensive and this community does not have much to offer for what you are paying. Not understanding why I have to pay for valet trash when the main dumpster is a few feet away and I can toss my own trash out. So I pay for Waste Management trash pick up and valet trash. Ridiculous! I don't use the community grills...I feel that is gross, but I have to pay the gas usage for those that are using it. Rent gets to be expensive when you are paying for community lights, water, etc. Yet, the front gate is wide open all the time and anyone can get onto the property, so having a Fob for the gate is useless. They claim that they are changing over to a new company for the gates...that was 3 months ago!

      I'm totally disappointed with service of the Amenities. Last year the pool was broken more than it was fixed. Same for the hot tub. And, they didn't clean it properly. Water was green. The pool was one of the main things I used the most. The front office used to be welcoming. Now it's so drab. Use to be decorated so brightly. We have coffee, tea and candy. Sometimes cookies. On holidays they would throw some blow toys in pool. Cheap blow ups but that's ok. I had a very low opinion of this place last year. Let's see what this year brings

      It’s hard to find apartment complex that is both willing to help, and love the work they do. At San Cierra, I felt that my family was taken care of every step of the way. The office staff was very helpful, and made sure we got the apartment we wanted. We’ve been living here for almost a month now, and it has been the best apartment experience we’ve been through.       At this time there is nothing positive I have to say about my move in. DO NOT, DO NOT sign the lease before you actually do a walk thru of YOUR actual apartment. Be aware the rent price quoted or see online is not the total monthly cost. You will get billed separately for community water, trash and sewer usage then there is the $30 a month for trash valet. With the trash valet rules and restrictions it is not worth the cost, yet it is not an option. I'd rather keep my $30 and take my own trash out. Don't expect your cover parking to be at your building, it will be somewhat close. It is one of the strangest parking assignments I've seen. Check out where you are looking to move into for the open parking spaces available. Some ares are limited on extra spaces specially evenings and weekends. If you're interested in using the pool, hot tub or Gym make sure to ask about their current status.
