Nice gated complex, but the owners do not keep up with the amenities they use to sell the units. No one is ever at the pool, the equipment in the gym is frequently broken and the security gates are often broken. The grounds are kept quite nicely and the association manager and assistant do the best they can, with the tools they are given.TI give the complex a 7 out of 10, but it could be so much nicer , if a little effort was put forth from the parent company. They really are nice units for the money you pay.
