I’ve lived here for almost four years, and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The rent is affordable compared to other options in the area, and the maintenance team is always attentive and quick to address any issues. While the apartments are a bit outdated, they are still comfortable and well-maintained. I’ve also felt safe living here, which is really important when choosing a place to call home. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with responsive management, this is a solid choice.

I’ve been a resident at Sage Pointe for 4 years now and I feel like it is the best decision I’ve made. It’s peaceful. There’s no excessive noise through odd hours of the day. It’s a safe environment for families with children as well as singles living on their own and many convenient stores, and restaurants within both walking and driving distances!

Love this community! Been here for a year now and signed another year lease. Loft is spacious and best price in town for a one bedroom! 10/10!

This is a great place to live. Monique in the office is always sweet and helpful. Maintenance is always prompt and the complex is safe and managed well.

Omg! I love my loft! Super duper cute! Its perfect for myself. I didnt expect the complex to be as quiet as it is. There's plenty of places to park and management is great. If you have an issue they'll try to help you as much as they can. Ive only been here 1 month but so far I like living here.

Diverse location, close to restaurants and schools, complex is kept up and clean

I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years(April) and it is hands down my favorite residency I’ve rented. The curb appeal is A1, Management is friendly and timely with getting work orders in and making sure they’re fulfilled and the neighbors are friendly. Another plus about residing in Clarkston is that it is a cultural hub of a melting pot of different nationalities. A vast variety of different ethnic restaurants and shopping centers are only a few miles away which is very convenient.

My brother and I have lived here for the last 6 years and we love it! Management is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

For us 6 years over here was a good place to stay very quickly responded to maintinuse work order friendly neighbor and very good location

I have lived here since 2020. I like the friendly office staff, the promptness which maintenance requests are resolved, and the cleanliness of the grounds.

I have been a resident for approximately one lease term and things went well. What I like most about the loft style is that it is kind of like a town-house feel, rather than traditional apartments. I can appreciate not having someone walking over me, though sometimes you can hear the neighbors next door. Whenever I've had to call maintenance, they've come within a reasonable timeframe and tried to resolve my issues. Some issues had to be escalated to outside contractors, which could be annoying because the complex has to wait them to come, but the office manager to scheduled them in a reasonable time frame. The office staff is communicative and any issues were addressed promptly. The neighborhood is quiet, and clean, and I never felt unsafe. Only thing to note is that the apartments are definitely older, so it doesn't provide that updated/luxury apartment feel, no matter how hard they try.

I have been living here since 2014 and I love my apartment its convenient to get around I'm close to stores and places to chill and shop. Great location.

I absolutely love my apartment! The upgrades are a bonus and add the finishing touches to my style. This place is bug-free and I greatly appreciate that. The neighborhood is always peaceful and Monique the office manager is a great person and very resourceful.

My living experience has been very peaceful . The property is always clean and not alot kids playing in the parking lot. Monique is is always willing to help when needed. i plan to stay another year!

I want to start by saying, the leasing manager Monique is phenomenal. She’s very resourceful and keeps us informed on important updates. Sage Point are the only apartments I’ve seen that has had actual job fairs inside the community where people actually got jobs. Also, the maintenance here is impeccable!! When I requested work orders to be completed there at my apartment in 10-15mins tops. I recommend Sage Point because it’s a clean and quiet community. From a happy Tenant

When I first seen the loft style apartment I felt in love. It is a nice place clean and with my touch it's a home. Safe the staff is awesome they keep up the place neighbors are real nice. I have no problems or complaints. Great place to live and call home until you buy your dream home.

I've been at Sage Pointe for a few years now and I love coming home to my spacious apt (loft) and having a peace of mind. The owners and tenants here ensure that this is a clean, safe and quiet community. Those were my biggest concerns while apartment hunting. My neighbors are friendly. If ever I have a maintenance request, they are prompt to resolve the issue. I know the team here really cares about their tenants. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love staying here. Place is very quaint. My neighbors were very friendly everybody keeps to themselves. My cat lived there with me and he enjoyed his time there. Staff was very friendly, had no issues with burglaries or theft. Great location, 20 minutes from the city, 17 minutes from buckhead. 10 minutes from Stone Mountain park. I loved living there & would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone just getting started.

I've been living here now for two and half years and have had a great experience so far. The leasing office staff is resourceful, helpful and professional. Maintenance service requests are taken care of promptly and thoroughly. The property is kept clean and landscaping is cared for well. For being on a main street, it's fairly quiet during daytime and night hours. Also, it's well-lit at night and I've never felt unsafe going to or from my car at later hours. Lastly, the property is very convenient to amenities with Highway 78 and I 285 right around the corner. Most definitely recommend Sage Pointe for anyone seeking a great living environment!

I have been living in this apartment for 2 years and my 3rd year is just started. I am currently a graduate student of Emory University and this place is good to commute to the school. The management and facility staffs are really nice and friendly! They quickly respond to my request kindly. There is no bugs or roaches at least in my unit. Also, I think the units are well insulated against noise from neighbor units. I love this place :)

I moved in 6 years ago and couldn't be happier! I have one of the townhouses along the lake and I LOVE it. Management and the Maintenance Techs are AWESOME! They're friendly, personable and clearly want the resident to have a good experience living here. I've had one maintenance issue since I've been here and it was address in a very timely and efficiently manner! I couldn't ask for better service! Sage Pointe, you ROCK! Keep up the good work!

Management here , will go above and beyond their duty to ensure the residents are taken care of and I truly appreciate them for exemplifying true customer service. Overall, it is a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. Nothing to complain about, especially for the price.

It has been amazing living in Sage Pointe Apartments. My 1 bdrm loft is very nice, private & peaceful. It has been an extreme pleasure to call Sage Pointe Apartments "my home" for the past 2years. The management & staff are exceptional, very professional & caring. Thank you so much for being the best apartment community ever!

Considerably close to the highway, this complex is still quiet. I’ve been a tenant going on 2 yrs now and am truly grateful the management team is very accessible during operating hours. Ms. Perry at the front desk is alway a great help along side of the maintenance tech who makes his rounds everyday according to maintenance requests.

The loft layout is lovely ,staff is very helpful & maintence is fast if needed.

While there are still improvements to be made, I would consider this the best option of all the apartments on Brockett Rd. More quiet and less exposed to the crime that takes place in the area, however, appliances are too old and outdated for the amount they charge.

Right off Hwy 78, comfortable community, and attentive management staff. Nicest property in the area.

The office staff is polite friendly and very professional. They have very good maintenance people who are very prompt in responding. The grounds are kept clean hence it not littered with trash. If you’re looking for a safe, kid-friendly environment, this is the place for you. It’s my first time moving out of my parents place and it’s perfect. There’s tons of stores nearby and they make everything super easy. Maintenance is on point. I live living here!

I found this property at the very last minute with the help of my transition from the assistant manager Breonna, everything was very smooth. It’s quiet and clean, close to the outskirts of Atlanta and I-285. I am now closer to work and I am very satisfied!

The management and staff are very nice & friendly! The maintenance crew are very sufficient! Whenever I had a request they got it done quickly with no issue. The complex is well kept. The apartment it self is clean, spacious, comfortable and affordable.

I’m very happy living at Sage Pointe. It’s very quite and that’s important because of my crazy hours at work. Management is very helpful with any concerns I may have, I’m happy I haven’t had many.

Just moved to Sage Pointe apartments only been here a month Brianna is awesome office staff is awesome Brianna answered any & all questions I had & promptly had maintenance over when I called with concerns so far I’d recommend Sage Pointe to anyone.

I am very happy with my experience at Sage Pointe. The office staff is friendly, professional and prompt, and the manager is extremely nice. They communicate well, and as long as you keep open communication with them it is easy to avoid any issues. The community feels safe and they do a great job of keeping the community clean, quiet, and peaceful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually the same day. The neighbors are friendly and respectful and there is always plenty of parking. The property is well maintained and manicured with plenty of trees. I love it here! DR

I Love this area. It's about 15 minutes away from Buckhead, near my job. My neighbors are friendly and helpful since I am new to the area. The staff is amazingly thorough. They respond quickly and efficiently to my request and are very professional. KM

I've lived with Sage Point going on 3 years, and I can truly say it is a wonderful community to live in. It is a very quiet and clean environment, and the neighbors are very respectful and nice. I live in the loft style apartment and the high ceilings really makes the apartment look so cool! Office staff is really nice and responsive, but I rarely need to go to the office because you can pay your rent online. There are not a lot of visible children in the area either so I never have to worry about them darting out in front of the cars. But there is a play area for them near the pool and their parents are really great at keeping them in that area. Great place to call home!
