Property Ratings at Sage Park
I put in a tour request last week, and was able to set up a time and date for it, and get confirmation. I show up on my tour date, and they are we’re not ready. They didn’t have any apartments ready for showing, they even told me they didn’t even have apartments available. What a waste of time and energy. Really frustrated that I took the time and effort, especially if I had made an appointment.
Sage Park is a pleasant place to call home, it is conveniently located and accessible to shopping stores and work.
i have been living for about 2years i like it its very convenient area close to almost everything and the area is very quiet i would recommend anyone live u won't regret it
I have found the general upkeep of building and responding to maintenance too be very good
My daughter has lived here for over a year and is happy with the apartment, the price and the management.

I throughly enjoy living here, at Sage Park. Its generally quiet in the building and outside is always clean. There’s never any trash laying around. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the price, for the area provided to you.
Corey was great with helping us find the perfect apartment to our liking. He went above and beyond for us and also responds quickly with any help we needed. It's a nice apartment to call home. Close enough to the highway but far enough not to hear any traffic.

Sage Park has been an awesome place to call home the past several years, I have no immediate complaints. The new management team are great, and the maintenance staff are also good and do good quality work.

I was worried about moving into an apartment after living in a house. I was afraid it was going to be very noisy and disruptive. I was surprised at how much room there is in the apartment and how quiet the complex can be. The only issue is the long wait for getting either a storage room or garage.
The move in process was well laid out and the staff were flexible with a few issues that popped up for me on my move-in day. The apartment itself was such a huge improvement from my last place and I am so excited to have a gym on site. Overall I love the location and the apartment, plus having management and maintenance onsite throughout the week is a huge blessing!

A pretty average experience. It's what most apartments are like.
It's been a really good place to live. Rather than move to a new complex, I switched to a bigger apartment here because I didn't have the room when my kids would spend the night. Management really made the move easy for me and the apartment is really done well(I e. Near new appliances, flooring, cabinetry, etc. The units are spacious and really quite affordable as well.
It's been a great place to live. Very quiet and lots of nice people. There's a really good management team here now as well who seem to be continuously improving upon things.
I enjoy living at this place in all seasons of the year.
Sage Park to me has been a pleasant experience since there is a new management team in place, there is always room for improvement
As a resident of Sage Park I feel it is important that our concerns are addressed in a timely manner when it comes to important issues like warm or hot water reaching a residents apartment. I think we all would like to take a warm shower no matter what time of day.

My experience at sage park has been really good. Management is friendly, neighbors are friendly, maintenance tend to your issues in a timely manner. Nice quiet environment.
I have lived here for about 5 years and it just feels like home. Once I get here Im in but I do see tenants coming and going and they seem kind and courteous.
I find Sage Park a pleasant place to call home, the units and balconies are large and very hard to find these days! Sage Parks location can't be beat! The new management team are nice and considers our concerns

Quiet, community, living. Haven't had any issues with other residents. The apartments are well kept and the price is about right(although I think there should be some rebate or rent reduction offered/given to us from the development for the loss of use to any of the amenities that were so important in my decision to originally sign the lease here due to covid-19). Other than that it really has been s nice place to live.
