We’ve lived here for a few years and we’ve enjoyed it, mostly. Neighbors are pretty quiet and it’s a peaceful area. We’re dog people and it’s a nice complex to feel safe walking our pets.

It has a welcome environment, that feels like a safe place for me to not worry about my safety when I come home. The property is well maintained. The attached garage adds to the allure knowing that I have a safe and dry entering and exiting my vehicle in all hours of the day and night.

I really enjoy living at this complex. I have never had any major issues. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, it is fixed fairly quickly. The staff has always been really nice. It's also close to everything that I need. Would recommend it to anyone that I know who is looking for an apartment.

Very spacious apartments, community is very beautiful and maintained and is very quiet. Office staff has great personalities and are always eager to assist you and always makes you feel welcome. Pet friendly community where office staff presented my cat with a goody bag on move in.

Great place to live. Only need to put cameras up to catch the people not cleaning up after there dogs. That is the only problem I see. Just lazy people not picking up after there dogs.

Apartments and applicances need updating to keep up with the luxury living they advertise. The complex also has a severe roach and pest problem. Two stars only for the very kind staff and because the community is safe.

This place is wonderful we love living here when our lease was up we just had to renew. The office staff is so welcoming and friendly we had only 2 issues since we have been here and the issue was resolved the day of reporting

My experience with the office staff has been fantastic so far they are very helpful and especially Kylie. SHe showed me all the options and drove me around the complex. I can’t wait to move in and begin our stay at the sage apartments, as my experience begins with the gracious front staff I can only imagine that my stay will be memorable and eventless, keep up the good work.

Super happy finding Sage Apartments. Great location, nice apartment layout, amenities and most importantly, a great staff that is there to help and assist with a great attitude. Customer service is fantastic. Cell coverage with AT&T has been great. Very happy with my choice.

Have lived here for a few years now. Never had any issues. The staff is really good. Any maintenance problems have always been taken care of promptly. Everything that I need is close by.

Sage has been an excellent community thus far- patient and helpful staff, great visiting vendors, quiet community that respects others. I thought moving into an apartment after 25 years in home would be hard, but I love the atmosphere I see around me. :)

The most beautiful apartments in Corpus Christi! The prices are worth what you get, the pool is always clean, the gym is nice, free car wash and free coffee in the leasing office!? What more could you want??
