Great apartments, one of the better ones in Corpus! Safe, clean, and well-maintained. The complex is brightly lit in the evening and very spacious. Lots of parking. Feels like a community. Staff is friendly. Food trucks almost every week, and leasing office gives away freebies! The only thing I would recommend are speed bumps in throughout the complex as I often find cars speeding, there are several stop signs but most people don't really adhere to them.

I greatly appreciate the communication from both the office management and the maintenance team. It is a relief to experience their competent, problem-solving abilities firsthand. Management has concern for residents which is a triple bonus for those of us who live at SAGE. The complex is beautiful with large open spaces, making it a very special place that can welcome pets without ever having a feeling of being crowded. Living at SAGE is a great lifestyle in every way.

Living at Sage so far has been amazing! The community is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. It feels safe, and I often see people taking walks or enjoying time outside. In my short time here, there have already been food trucks and giveaways hosted by the leasing office, which I really appreciate and look forward to seeing more of. The staff do a great job of keeping the complex in excellent condition. Kylie and Olivia were especially helpful during my move-in and answered all of my questions. So far, I’m really glad we decided to move here. We went through a ton of options, and Sage always stood out to us during the decision-making process.

A very good experience with a great office & maintenance crew. So far so good. Have had a few little issues and was fixed in no time at all. The grounds are well kept and the people are very friendly. We are enjoying ourselves immensely.

Overall, I wasn’t awful but the apartments are just made cheaply and rented out for a lot of money. My roof leaks into my garage, my closet has zero insulation making my electricity $300 a month and I’m never here and keep it at 80 about 15-17 hrs a day. The bugs are horrific and I literally don’t eat here. I have zero water pressure in the bathrooms, the kitchen faucet is broken, the dishwasher doesn’t work, the toilet runs about every 15 min… and the list goes on.

Safe is really great. We have been here for a year and if we hadn't bought a house we would renew. Everything is always clean, and the office and maintenance staff are so nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend

The community is very nice and well maintained. Management always seems to have some sort of event (popcorn, popsicles, a food truck, etc). The community is always clean and it is always quiet, which I appreciate.

I have enjoyed my time here. Never had any major issues. Any maintenance problems are taken care of quickly. The complex is nice and quiet and close to everything that I need.

We’ve lived here for a few years and we’ve enjoyed it, mostly. Neighbors are pretty quiet and it’s a peaceful area. We’re dog people and it’s a nice complex to feel safe walking our pets.

It has a welcome environment, that feels like a safe place for me to not worry about my safety when I come home. The property is well maintained. The attached garage adds to the allure knowing that I have a safe and dry entering and exiting my vehicle in all hours of the day and night.

I really enjoy living at this complex. I have never had any major issues. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, it is fixed fairly quickly. The staff has always been really nice. It's also close to everything that I need. Would recommend it to anyone that I know who is looking for an apartment.

Very spacious apartments, community is very beautiful and maintained and is very quiet. Office staff has great personalities and are always eager to assist you and always makes you feel welcome. Pet friendly community where office staff presented my cat with a goody bag on move in.
