The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Saddle Ridge Crossing
It would be very helpful if pricing and open unit would be available and updated to new comers so that we’re aware of how much we’re looking to pay for each unit. Some of the pricing for homes look a bit outdated. I’m not sure if the prices of each building matches the correct payment but it would really help for people who are in search for a new home to know how much they should expect to pay and what amenities are included into the rent as they move in.

Wish I could leave no stars. I am looking to move from FL and had business in Delaware and this place was high up on my list until I went on the property. The lady in the office states she doesn't handle anything & to contact some realtor guy who never returns calls. The company that manages this property has several other properties in and around Delaware and those encounters were better. I would advise anyone looking to rent this place to be prepared for a rude office lady and a realtor guy Vince that doesn't return phone calls.

I have lived here for over 5 years and i love it. for the rent that I pay I have a huge townhome with a garage and and a deck. The homes are a little dated but they keep up on the maintenance when you call. The new property manager is extremely friendly and helpful. My rent hasn't gone up too much since I moved in compared to other complexes. Its close to a grocery store and a few restaurants across the street. Love it here!
Stayed here for 3 years and moved out recently. The new staff in the front office is not helpful, she doesn't care for tenants. Sort of reflects on how the management wants to treat the tenants. When we moved in we didn't get new carpet, but it was clean. We were careful with it, and got it cleaned with a pro before we moved out. Now, they say they replaced the carpet and cut $850 out of my security deposit without any explanation. Multiple follow ups, emails, they just say that they are going to send pictures of damaged carpet that we were responsible for. I'm yet to receive them. I don't think there are any. Just a newer management, which is trying to save buck by paying their bills out of the tenants' pocket. Don't go here, they are not good as they used to be. None from my present and previous 2 work places would rent here now, I made sure everyone knows about this. My company provides free legal counsel, and I'm thinking of asking them if I can file a complaint with consumer rights.

Hello, We're sorry that you were frustrated with our community's security deposit policy. We know how important this refund is to people and we don't want anyone to feel slighted. That being said, there are reasons for the policies we have in place. If you have additional questions about it, we'd love to talk. Just to explain our reasoning a bit more, we require a security deposit prior to move in in the event the residents vacates and leaves excessive carpet stains, wall markings, damages, extra (deep) cleaning and anything else that is not "normal" wear and tear. Prior to move out, a thorough clean and proof of carpet cleaning are suggested to avoid additional deductions. It's simply something we have done to help limit the amount of damage to a townhome during the resident's stay with us. In our experience this can also help the residents as the townhomes are in better shape when they vacate, which means they get more of their deposit returned. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and feel free to contact us to discuss.
