It's reasonably priced and centrally located. I like that you can get just about anywhere without needing to use a freeway. Freeways in Tucson are not good.

Office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is done in one or two days. Elite Group Security is vigilant and very visible. Feel comfortable and secure. This is our safe little oasis in the desert.

Been here just under a year, I will not be renewing. When I moved in several things needed to be fixed and/or replaced. Out of 8 items only 1 was resolved in this year. Whole lot of homeless people live behind this place, and no one does anything about it, I have had stuff stolen right off my porch from a couple of them and have never had anything resolved. During Christmas an inspection, and I had stuff in front of my window. Was told by the manager here that it was fixed and place completely cleaned that I would be evicted right on Christmas. My place was already very clean as I'm not at home very much. These are just the highlights. I have so many more things I can complain about. If you're looking for a nice apartment - this isn't the place to live.

One of the two things I was looking for was a spacious floor plan with washer and Dryer and a back yard. Since, I wasn’t ready for a house yet, I found Sabrinas Place and couldn’t believe how close it felt like being in a home. My parking space is right in front of my door. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me with my concerns. I strongly recommend Sabrinas Place to anyone who is not quite ready to buy a house but wants the next best thing.

I loved living at Sabrina's place with my son, the whole staff was great! I recently visited the property and noticed how beautiful the apartments, the pool and the grounds are. I love the gated community with the gate attendant on duty. I am looking forward to coming back to Sabrina's place!

My husband and I moved here 4 months ago. I found this place online and was the cheapest 3 bedroom in this area. The only thing is I wish the pool was bigger it can get packed during the weekends...the staff is very friendly and helpful. So far Sabrina’s place has been a good experience to us, we love our mountains view! Yay!

I have live at Sabrina’s Place for three years and going on my 4th. I love my 2 bedroom apartment I have enough space and I have washer and dryer hook ups. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful.

The staff has always been nice, never seen a bug. Grounds well maintain.Maintenance request...usually within a couple of days. I've been here a year...think I'll stay

The redone speed bumps might scrape the bottom of vehicles. However, the apartments are nice.

This is the WORST rental experience I have ever experienced! The office staff are only friendly during move-in after that they always have an attitude whenever you call to have anything fixed or questions about something and upon move-out we left that place spotless other than a few blinds that had been broken and they really do try and charge you $$$ for any little thing, We had cleaned the fridge and oven and they wanted to charge $25 to clean each one and also charge $75 to have a satellite dish removed! The parking lot is always dirty and the maintenance staff never comes to fix anything, the door handle to our fridge was broken the entire time, we never had towel racks or toilet paper holders installed in the master bath, our patio was missing a net to keep pigeons out so the entire time we had pigeon poop on our balcony. Our front door literally looked like it had been kicked in and just painted over before we moved in, all of the drawers if pulled out too far would fall out, the sink leaked when we first moved in and the cabinets underneath the sinks were all warped as if they had been flooded. Please if you're considering renting a place its definitely not worth the price; the hassle this management will put you through, especially if you have kids! They have no problem charging $10 additional for each child for water every month but they also don't want your children making any noise. Also the pool we could never go swimming because the pool was always "under maintenance." I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews before I signed a lease here... I am just so glad that my lease is FINALLY over and will NEVER EVER EVER give this place a second glance! Good Riddance Sabrina's Place!!
I have lived here for one and a half years in a 3bedroom 2bath with my children. Its pretty quiet and safeI love how spacious it is.

So far so good... I've been living at Sabrina's Place Apartments for almost 2 years. The office girls are very helpful as well the maintenance staff. I will recommend this property to others and I'm looking forward to renew my lease.
