Property Ratings at Sabal Pointe Apartments
Neighbors are rude, obnoxious, and loud. Apartments are small, outdated, and overpriced. You are forced to chose COMCAST as your cable provider. The on-site washer machines are extremely old & always broken (they’re so loud they sound like a lawn mower). Whatever you do, stay far away.

That happened with the previous owners of the property. We replaced the washing machine company changed, and these are completely new. Elizabeth
In the past year our a/c unit has gone out a hand full of times and it takes them days to come and fix it. Of all the places I have lived this has never happened and on top of that they want to raise the rent $200
