Property Ratings at Rustic Village Apartments & Townhomes
This is not a commercial. It is a testimonial about the Rustic Village Community of people like you and us. I lived at Rustic Village for about eight years. I have met good people and was comfortable knowing all residents under-go the same background check as I did. I soon realized if I smiled, people smiled and waved back. The tenant appreciation events under the large tent allowed residents to meet and greet. Most of the staff live in the Community. And they are always working to beautify the gardens and landscape. I give the staff and owners a salute for their commitment. It is not often to experience this level of living in a rental, but somehow staff and management hold it together and deliver this result. I moved as a result of my change in employment and recent marriage. Farewell to a great time at Rustic Village. Thank you. JJG
Beautifully maintained property. Staff is always very nice and helpful. Feels safe & secure with security cameras monitoring the entire property. Love that they will do community events to really make you feel like family & welcomed. Overall, a GREAT place to call home!
I love living here. The maintenance crew is really attentive, rent is easy to pay online, and most of the utilities are included in the rent price. You couldn't find a better value.
This community is perfect. Its quaint and quiet with the friendliest neighbors I've ever met. Its like a family here and I feel very safe. There are movie nights, yard sales, karaoke night and residence day for the members. Two extremely well maintained playgrounds and immaculate landscaping. The maintenance team will drop everything to come help, they've even hung my curtain rods for me! The community is in downtown area with locally owned shops with the nationally known stores and a University only miles away. Located 1/2 mile from Rt 55, one of the main highways into Philly-which is a 30 minute ride away. I can't say enough good things about this community, you just gotta see for yourself!
The Rustic Village is great place to live. I have rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment unit and also a 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse. The price is a tag higher than other apartments in the area but I think it is definitely worth it. There is security cameras on site and plenty of parking. They hold special free events to make you feel part of the community (resident appreciation day, karaoke night, holiday events, BBQ/picnics in the summer, etc). Maintenance is 24 hours and always available. They have laundry hookups which most places don't have.
