I’ve been living at Russian Rivers for 4+ years, and I love it! Very quiet, very well maintained, and everyone is so friendly! Only leaving because I want to go to the city. Would highly recommend.

The property is starting to show its age, but is maintained and managed extremely well. Well priced, and good location within walking distance of both the university and the nearby Kroger (and the Walgreens next door.)

Honestly I am so lucky I got this apartment. It is perfect for being a college student and having all bills included is amazing! Sure there are little things, but overall this apartment complex is so nice and really caters to its residence! They always remember your name and your birthday and make sure you feel welcome at all times! I could not be happier with this apartment!

I love living at Russian River. The property manger is always helpful with any requests or concerns I may have. The maintenance is also helpful and takes care of issues quite quickly. The apartments themselves are organized well and I enjoyed the open concept for the one bedroom. It has been the best complex I have lived at while living here in Nac and would recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first time renting an apartment on my own, and the landlord made it simple and very easy for me! Everything was very clear and she was extremely helpful. The pricing for rent, in my opinion, is very well priced for the fantastic quality of the apartments. The environment is incredibly aesthetically pleasing, and everyone is extremely kind and pet friendly. I had some roommate drama while living here and Kayla was there for me the entire time and made my life so much easier, and if I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend I would definitely stay here even longer! Not to mention that the other employees are very kind and maintenance works very fast. I always get a smile talking to Kayla or Garcia, and I 10/10 recommend this complex to anyone staying in Nac (especially college students).

Russian River is a great place to call "home". Management will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by a very friendly maintenance worker. The pool area is lovely and is always kept clean. I love the convenience of being close to the SFA campus (I have walked to class before, about a 15-minute walk) and easy access to North Street. This community is located conveniently in the middle of town, to the left is campus, to the right is shopping. Having Walgreens behind the complex comes in handy for late night snack runs. Do not let the construction on Austin Street discourage you, when the construction is complete you will LOVE the convenience of avoiding traffic on North St and taking the back roads. The apartment itself is very spacious. I fit a queen mattress, desk, chair, small dresser, and a nightstand in the smaller bedroom perfectly fine. In the bigger bedroom you can fit that and then some. You can easily fit a love seat, a recliner, end table, TV stand, and coffee table in the living room. In the dining room area, you can fit a small dining table. The restroom is big as well with space to put a toilet rack for storage. The kitchen is a decent size, you will get used to the smaller kitchen space (not enough counter space? You can fit a baker’s rack in the dining area!). Furthermore, this place is VERY pet-friendly, there are lots of wagging’ tails on property and staff always has treats for them in the office! There are plenty of dog waste stations around the property, which contributes to the cleanliness of the grounds. Overall, I am beyond happy that I chose to live here, it has been the best living experience! All-bills paid, fast maintenance, friendly staff, and beautiful grounds are just the cherry on top!

I’ve lived here for about 2 years as a college student and as a new grad and these are literally the best apartments ever. It’s affordable, nice and clean and very safe. It is also right in the heart of the school/food area! 10/10 would recommend!

Located in central Nacogdoches near the Food places and walgreens these apartments are great for any students & small families looking to live with privacy. The maintenance are really quick to fix Also, management is very nice and always happy to help.
