Good morning , My name is Tina Sanchez , I would like to tell you that the ladies at Rubicon are so in polite & very disrespectful in a way that you cant even sue them for it, well - I just hope that changes. 1. When you walk into a property , you want to feel like home, well at this property you look into the mirror & want to wish your skin color twice & then think about was it a crime to even come in . 2. I am a RN , I work 4 days & now I am single & wanted a decent place to live, & I would like to say that I am well qualified tenant , well over the requirement as per their applicant guidelines in each category - 3. I presented them my documents & they stated that they need to see my Social Security card , as per application - I been never asked that in my 19 yrs of renting , Verify my identity as looked like I ran through the border & came straight to their office - Assistant Manager is so unprofessional & very disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to live here. 4.If Management can act this way with you in as an applicant , how will they treat you as when you are in a lease with them. 5. Way overrated , when the place is completed, Mark my words, a lot of tenants will regret. Two Thumbs Down
Rubicon provides the lower end W/D (GE) as part of the package for renting there apartment units,which is totally OK. However, during the initial process of reviewing and applying for these (supposedly) Luxury apartments, I was told by Daisy that I would be able to hookup/install my personal h/e Smart home Samsung W/D units (equipped with Smart Sensors and more) into the apartment. Being able to utilize as many smart products as I can in my home, in order to eliminate and mitigate wasteful power/water/gas/etc, was a huge factor for me moving into the complex. So, based off my satisfaction, I began the leasing process and was offered keys the very next business day. Daisy said she would have the W/D units removed out of the unit by my move-in date. 2 days later I pull into the Rubicon "Luxury" apartments to move into the new and fresh home, only to be told by one of the construction/maintenance workers (who just happen to have seen us bringing out my 220-Volt 3-Prong Samsung Dryer via the U-Haul truck), that (1) Their provided W/D had not been removed from my unit as of that moment and (2) there are currently No 220V hookups any where in my apartment. Immediately I go to the front office..... but now that I am moved in.. the urgency to assist me professionally went out the door when it was determined the mistakes were made on their part. Instead of Daisy recognizing she was uninformed and in-turn misinformed me, she takes personal my, well justified frustration, and attempts to turn it into a "I am the Victim" type situation (typical way to avoid taking responsibility and then point the finger). The way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and she is just another (front office "wanna-be) who does not take the time to know what she is selling. So BOTTOM LINE.... THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET PLUGS in these UNITS are 110V ALL AROUND, MAKE SURE You Dont Allow Daisy to tell you different.
