Incomplete Work Several times work orders are closed and not completed. Please complete all work on orders prior to closing task or canceling the task.
Everything fixed Everything was fixed and halfway repaired. Left mess everywhere!

Bel Air Estates has friendly neighbors in my building. Neighbors look after each other here. Also, many residents safely walk their pets. This is one way to get exercise. My son likes the convenience of the gym on property. Maintenance works hard to get your repairs done as soon as possible. The property manager will explain any questions you have about lease. I like the fireplace in my apartment. During winter, it can be useful.
They are cleaning up the apartments and they have gotten the pool back up running. By the time they get done they will be brand new. If there's a problem they are always on it and it gets taken care of.
I love it here. The response time is great. They get the job done when needed and it’s not yall fault the building is old. They are doing their best to get the work done as time efficient as possible.
This community’s staff is extremely friendly! The property is well maintained and I love not having any pest issues! Beautiful buildings and windows!
