I could never write enough about what an amazing, courteous, stellar personality, and efficient this woman is! i’m a property manager as well, and she is exactly the type of property manager a company strives to hire for their properties. She fits every trait a property manager should be. She worked hard and quickly to make sure my daughter’s application was processed in a timely manner and There was constant communicated with her and I. I’ve been in The property manager business for over 12 years and if I owned a company, she would be my first pick for a property manager or regional manager position. I can see her going far up the ladder In any company. Broad Management is extremely lucky to have her so kudos to them as well for hiring her!

I love living here. Amber and Grace in the office are wonderful. And are ready and willing to help with anything you need. Leo and Devon the maintenance team are great. They fix whatever you need in a quick and timing manner. They are all always smiling and friendly.

I lived here for almost 2 years, is a nice complex, good location, very well maintained, Leo in maintenance was always helpful paying attention to our needs and wherever needed to be fixed or repaired, also friendly and helpful in giving me info about town and surroundings. The pool is nice and always cleaned.I enjoyed very much living here.

I moved to Royal Point because Yulee just got too expensive for me. Not only are the rates fair, my apartment is wonderful! The kitchen is made bigger because of the angle of the counter. There is a space in the living room area that made a perfect office space for me--something I never thought I would have in a two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms and closets are spacious, and the bathrooms are just right. Grace and Amber in the office are excellent property managers, and Leo and Devon are maintenance men who do everything in their power to make things work the way they are supposed to--and with a smile on their faces! I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a safe, clean, and well maintained property at a reasonable rental rate.

Grace provided such a profound amount of help with the application process. I had issues with many other places in the area, and this staff really had a great turnaround thanks to her level of knowledge and ability to assist with a very positive attitude. Leo was amazing too very honest and accommodating while showing the areas and true to his ability to provide good feedback and helpful insight on the complex.

I have Lived here for almost a year, very nice. Leo in maintenance is always happy to help with anything that needs to be fixed or looked at. Front office is always glad to help also, always makes sure thier renters are happy.

I have lived here for going on 3 years. I have had amazing neighbors, the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. I have to say anytime I have an issue Amber is on it and handles it with excellence. Leo the maintenance guy for the whole time we have been here has gone above the call of duty. The whole staff has been great to deal with. Since being under Lisa and Amber I have personally seen such a great improvement! Thank you all for all you do.

Me and my husband were looking for a new place to call home. This was the second place we went to. Well I'm thrilled we decided to stop here: the lady (Lisa) we dealt with was awesome. She tols us what we needed to bring in (on her day off) & assured us we would love it here!! The property manager seems a little cut throat for me but she wasn't rude at all. When we returned Lisa greeted us like we lived here, offered cold beverages (water/soda)! The apt we rented is n a quiet section which I love!! Lisa, there should be more "Directors" like you. Anyone looking for a quaint & affordable place to reside, I recommend Royal Point!!
