Highland Park lies about seven miles south of downtown Savannah, just far enough to give the neighborhood a peaceful quality while still being within an easy 20-minute drive of all the action. Residents enjoy the quiet of the suburbs by strolling along the tree-lined streets or from the comfort of their rental home.
The Savannah Botanical Gardens sits on the east side of the neighborhood, a great destination for families. The grounds burst with a variety of gardens and water features, even containing a children's garden for youngsters interested in nature. Adults can also enjoy a little alone time at the Bacon Park Golf Course, minutes from the neighborhood.
Locals don't just play in the great outdoors. They often lounge around at Sweet Potatoes, a restaurant that features all their favorite Southern foods, from corn pudding and lemon collard greens to fried catfish and peach-glazed chicken. A stop at nearby Byrd Cookie Company tops off the day.

My apartment has water leaks coming from the upstairs neighbor for about 4mos and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Im so disappointed about it because management said there’s nothing they can do and the walls and ceiling started to sag and has water damage.

I love my townhouse. I been here since 11/2003. Maintenance is slow on unimportant fixtures but important one, they are there quick. I have told alot of my friends, if there looking to move, research Verdue Vue.

I have been here almost a year and I’ve been having issues with maintenance getting things done since day one of move in!!! Parking is also an issue!!! The staff is hit and miss when it comes to kindness and friendliness…NO ONE really communicates with you about issues concerning maintenance!!!

Very nice place wonderful management however communication and meeting punctuality could be better. I was met with a smile and friendliness, but was promised a tour of my own unit two weeks before I moved in and was only able to get a peek the day I signed the lease.

Great square footage for the price. Old but hey, we’re in the south and everything’s old. Good location to shopping, downtown Savannah and easy access to highways and freeway.

A little loud with music coming from cars that pass thru the parking lot. And some apartments have music turned up too loud. It’s almost as bad as the planes flying over which we are use too! We love the location it’s central to everything. The pool is very nice in the summer time and there’s a doggy park!

I really enjoy the community. The park is close for our home so we can watch the kids from the window. It’s quiet in our area. The other tenants are very nice. Were also not too far from the grocery store, mall and other stores that are useful.

Verde Vue is a great apartment complex! I enjoy living here, especially compared so some old apartments I've lived in. First of all, I have a LOT of space for my stuff, and I don't pay an overwhelming amount of money for rent. Other apartments in the area are so much more expensive and smaller. They've been upgrading things around here, too! They've built a playground, and upgraded the pool furniture. I've lived here for about 2 1/2 years now and I don't have any issues. I don't live in one of their renovated apartments, so I come across some issues sometimes, but the maintenance team is very quick to respond. It is also super easy to get into contact with the leasing office. I like it here!!

I previously stayed on this property in 2021. I eventually moved out but return. The property is very quiet. The maintenance staff completely all work orders in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly and always gives a warm welcoming. Whenever I have concerns or questions, they get back to me very fast. I look forward to the monthly events and gatherings. I can definitely say the entire staff works very hard and aim to please every resident.
