Property Ratings at Royal Arms of Green Hills
This was the worst apartment I have ever had. I lived at Royal Arms for 4 years in two units. The first year was great. Towards my last year, the apartment building became infested with cockroaches. The staff did absolutely NOTHING about it until I had to bring someone higher up into the conversation where they discovered their pest control company stopped coming. Tell me how a management company doesn't notice something like that?? Deena the head property manager was consistently rude and forgetful and has been seen taking naps in her office. This place is a disgrace and I am so thankful to be out of here
Everything about this place is awesome. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the grounds are always super clean. Highly recommended!
I lived in Royal Arms for three years. I would highly recommend them! The people in the office knew me by name and exactly where I lived. It made me feel safe and secure. I also loved how fast maintenance was! I could put in a request in the morning and they would be there same day. The apartments are older, but they have a nice look to them that makes them feel newer. I would definitely recommend these apartments for anyone because of how safe I felt and the great location. I definitely enjoyed my time there!

I lived at Royal Arms for 5 years and I never considered looking anywhere else for housing. There are 2 pools, an exercise room, a clubhouse, laundry facilities, and a volleyball court. Maintenance always responded to my requests within the day and were extremely efficient. Royal Arms is located within a GREAT location of Nashville - everything you need is within walking distance. This place is excellently priced and I don't think you'll find anything cheaper with these amenities and for this location.

Beautiful grounds, pools, grills, volleyball court, laundry, and work-out room. Office quickly responds to any maintenance request, even on the weekends. Rent is very reasonable and we are zoned for excellent schools.
