didnt even show me my apartment until day of move in and add an upcharge for a balcony.Landlord controls the heat outside is cooler then inside. Landlord is very rude and thinks she can run over you. Doesnt do anything about your issues and writes them off as looked over and doesn't actually fix the issue.Not worth the headache
Since moving here, I have encountered roaches, black mold and rats and much more. Property manager Tara won't do anything about it and will literally hide all the problems till you are sick and in the hospital from the mold and just the conditions of this place. Always something leaking and or breaking. Foundation of the property is caving in and parking lot even sinking.DONT DO IT!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY

The issues are the same throughout the units. Mold, leaks, poor insulation, drafty doors and windows, raccoons all over property, unprofessional management company, unreliable maintenance staff to name a few. This property has went from bad to worse and the rent is slowly creeping up. The ONLY plus is the spacious units everything else is just a waste and a headache...Happy to be moving out! Do Not Rent Here!

This place is awful… sadly it took all I had to move here to get out of a bad situation. Since moving in at the end of July the sewer backs up multiple times a month. Heating issues, code violations, mold and water damage, things not repaired correctly, and while your dealing with all this your expected to pay FULL rent.. this property management group and property manger on site does not care about the tenants. Multiple units and buildings are infested with mold. DO NOT RENT!!!

There’s a lot I have to say about this property and how things were ran, but I really don’t know who to blame… In the time my husband and I signed an application to our our actual move in day, the property had 3 different Property Management Companies. Not in a great area, especially for kids!
