Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are exactly what you'd expect for the price and aren't over priced like most places.

Rosewood is a genuinely nice place to live and the staff have been incredibly nice and welcoming despite the circumstances involving covid. My only real complaint is the price of the laundry facility. The complex overall is a very peaceful and friendly place to live and I would highly recommend it for those reasons.

Since we moved here we have felt like home. The management make you feel so welcome. They are always there when you have a question. The maintenance are there when you need them. Love it here it's the best place I have ever rented.

My initial experience has been mixed. I have only been here for 2 months and COVID rules limit engagement with management and the use of amenities . My hope is that the limits will at some point be lessened. These 2 months are not a good measure of the quality of life here. I will give it more time. I really love the natural setting.

I Feel it' a great community it' safe everyone here that I've met has been very nice and friendly and I just love it here I moved from Indiana so it' a little different for me to be here in Washington state but I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is seeking a nice comfortable home with a pleasant service from all personnel

My roommate and I applied here and it took over a month for them to review our application! We put down a holding deposit and they still took weeks to contact us about our application. They are extremely disorganized and have very bad communication skills. In the end, they called us and told us too much time had passed and they were going to deny our application and proceeded to take our holding deposit money despite the contract saying they would return it. When we called them they were extremely rude and condescending. If you have any chance to move anywhere else I would highly recommend doing so instead of putting up with their lack of competence.
