Randolph is a fairly large town, just inland from Quincy and Weymouth on Interstate 93. The drive to Boston is only about 25 minutes and MBTA rail service is available as well, making it a highly convenient location for commuters or folks who just enjoy the occasional jaunt into the city.
The community itself is mainly residential, with clusters of locally-owned shops and restaurants on the north and south ends of Main Street. Goldstein Open Space and Bertha Soule Memorial Park near the center of town provide terrific grounds for getting outdoors and enjoying some fresh air, and the huge nature preserves near the coast are easily within day trip distance.

Worse experience ever. Place ( all buildings) are infected with rotten (mices and roaches) They the problem exists but don't even acknowledge the properly. After I moved in and started to encounter the issue, call and they pretended it was the first time they heard about it. A year later still dealing with the problem, the sad part os that they don't keep up sending pet control to make sure that the problem has been resolved, you have to call and complain about it so the can schedule a pet control visit, unreal.

Rosemont Square is an extremely beautiful place, cozy, well kept and peaceful community. Landscaping is on point. Everything looks great and spacious. I Sometimes feel like I'm at a resort. Maintenance is professional, respectful, friendly and fixes issues in a timely manner, most importantly the Management. I must say that I'm impressed by the choice I've made. Overall, Rosemond Square is stunning. Great friendly responsive management staff. Very comfortable place to live, you will be more than welcome to enjoy your stay at the Rosemont Square luxury homes. Highly recommended!!!

Sometimes the water is brown. Sometimes there is no hot water. Sometimes people enter your home without your consent. They have not managed to take care of the roaches or mice in my building.

Management has changed multiple times and for the worse. I have been battling roaches , and no response to Maintenance request. The building doors are not secure so no safety I cannot wait to move away from this place.

Rosemont Square Community is a nice place to reside. I like my apartment. The grounds are kept up. Management often communicates thru emails to residences, about events and information that may be of interest. The staff is nice, but that's it. Amenities constantly breaking on top of maintenance never actually fixing anything, just delaying the problem further. I had a leaky ceiling and they just never fixed it or gave any effort to figure out why it was leaking. There is ONE dumpster for around 20 buildings. It gets very disgusting, and leads to rodent problems. Rent is absurdly high for the amount of space given and care taken of the apartments. Looks pretty on the outside, but the inside of majority of the buildings are filthy. The pool and gym hours are also very inconvenient. Don't do it.

This property does not care about their residences only their rent. Their has been several shootings inside the complex, some they report some they don't. They put up brighter lights as if that could save you from a bullet. Their apartments look great until you sign your lease then things stop working and falling apart. There's even infestation with mice, ants and whatever creepy crawler that makes it through the cracks. Oh and the trash area is disgusting with all types of trash build up. Please think twice before moving here, you can find better.

The staff is not responsive most times to phone calls or emails.
Great community, beautiful complex, management on site and pet friendly. Amenities are good and there's plenty of parking spaces. A great, big complex for walking around for exercise.
When I first moved in about 12 years ago the people who had it took good care of the complex, but now all they think about is their rent, they don't care about keeping the place clean and safe, I'm sorry to have to say that but it is the true.

The neighborhood isnt to bad. But housing and management sucks. Everything looked perfect when I first moved in, but within days everything started falling apartment my bathroom ceiling had a hole it was leaking from the second floor. I had to put in 2 request for maintenance to show up. When they did come all they did was cover the hole instead of seeing what the issue was first. So the hole they covered is now turning into another hole from the same problem. They're is never any hot water when its time to take a shower. The water is brown sometimes. Mice are everywhere. All I here is mice in the walls and Radiators they chew up whatever stuffing was fill in holes that are in the house and they come right in. Ive seen roaches. I keep my house very clean so Im confused as to why any of them are around. But they had to have been here before hand.

This community is ideal temporarily. Very polished on the outside looking in but living situations may very... such as odor, noise and possibly unwanted little friends. Parking is never an issue as there is enough space for all. Neighbors keep to themselves. Office does there best to accommodate. I would honestly recommend speaking up because silence will NOT get you anywhere.

Nothing luxurious about living here. Feels more like low income housing. Trash, mice, roaches , ants, noise and excessive drug use are part of daily living at Rosemont Square. Its deplorable!

I do not have anything nice to say. This community is beautiful from the outside but these are the equivalent of project apartments. I have never lived in such an establishment - I am a little bias because I have an ongoing issue which is now causing me to be physically ill which has gone unresolved. I cannot wait to leave here and would NEVER recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.

Rosemont could be great again with better mgmt. and maintenance. It seems to be in a slow decline over the years that I have lived here. Areas such as trash, maintenance of common areas, ever increasing restrictions on amenities, and the fact that periodic apartment upgrades no longer occur unless a tenant moves out make for a poor living situation.

I think this is a beautiful community. The outside of the property is EXTREMELY well kept. Davis, who used to be here left last month & now I don not know who to contact with concerns. I think the maintenance team acts quick to work orders and the issues are resolved. If they say an issue needs further follow up no one calls from the office. Like is the care only about occupancy rather than the happiness of Tenants?

Some of the management are great maintenance is really great too.

It's a nice place to live, area is quiet . IT would be nice if the kids had a park to play.

Tried renting my family a unit with holes in the bathroom walls, stained kitchen floor and deep indentations in the dirty carpet. Leasing agent will tell you the unit has certain amenities when that’s not the case. Customer service was terrible they will say to call but no one will answer besides the leasing agent (call center)that reads a script apparently and has no knowledge on the unit don’t waste your time.

Please take heed to the bad reviews because I didn’t!!! This company lacks integrity they will not honor what tell you and waste your time. I should of known with the 2 shootings the complex had in the past and the frequent drug arrest.

Th only thing I have to say is to make your residents your main concern , we are not paying cheap rent to stay here. treat people the way you would like to be treated. If you have people working here who don't wont to do the job, find someone to dose.

It is awful and I cant wait to move. If you are looking for a community this is not it. The people are incredibly self centered and quite rude, the leasing office is useless and overall there is an unsafe feeling while living here.

Over all I love my apartment and would recommend people to move here other than the issues it is a great place to live
