Rosemont Siena Cove

Poor management. They do not care about you once you move in. My kitchen countertop looks disgusting after they told me they would of changed it and once I moved in they said they won’t change it. They are extremely rude in the office and don’t even answer the phone or emails. I cannot wait to move out.

I can't say enough about making Siena your new home. My boyfriend and I of 7 years are moving cross country from LA to Plantation. I was so nervous to find a place online and not be able to be there in person to do everything. Christian has been absolutely incredible with working with us and making sure we know exactly what we are getting so that we are the most comfortable we can be. He showed our friends who live in Davie two empty apartment units for us, and FaceTimed with us while they were there. He has been so thorough with his phone calls and emails, making sure I understand everything perfectly. I just feel so good knowing I am moving into a community that cares so much about making their tenants feel comfortable. I knew right away from the communication I was getting with Christian, that I was making the perfect decision by moving into Siena. We cannot wait to make Siena our new Home!!!

lol shout out to these guys for charging us late fee's during a PANDEMIC. Knowing residents are UNEMPLOYED they are still charging a 10% late fee. Not only is rent already high for sub par apartments they are still handing out late fees!

Do to a loop hole in the lease, they find ways to raise what you owe every month without raising "YOUR RENT". They have increased me 3 times in 14 months.

there are no hardwood floors in this place. the management constantly raises rent without actually raising the rent...water now included flat rate ,,,garbage now included twice, have yet to ever have pest control come in ,and if so never left a notice of service. people never pick up after their dogs and if they do its only cause they see you watching them in fear of getting fined. 3 owners in 6 years....that alone will tell you something..the renovated with all tenants still living in there units...2 months of that...unheard of...they didnt care that all your stuff was in the middle of the living room. landmark owns this place..we will see how long they will last....they charge premium rates for a subpar apt. management are puppets run by clowns,,,,

So the property is going through renovations. Currently they are working on the parking lot, which means we had to park where could, my brother parked in handicapped (which is usually always empty) and i parked over some white line. Both of our cars were towed, totaling $260. They refused to give us a refund, Saying there is nothing they can do. Which I know they can. That is completely unfair to us. Both of us are sorry we resigned our lease, I want to move out just because of that. UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived in Siena for 5 years and I absolutely love it! Great neighbors, great atmosphere. The members of the staff are very professional and nice. They get things done.

Considering how hard it is to find an apartment which is great in all aspects, Siena is a gem. We are sad to leave Siena. We have lived here twice. Hope we might get a chance to come back again. The location is very quiet, peaceful and charming ( was a huge plus as we studied most of the time). Lawn maintainence is done regularly, so the surrounding is clean and beautiful. There's plenty of parking space and security is excellent, we never had worries about safety throughout the years. There is plenty of space inside, nice patios, renovated kitchen with nice pantry cupboards, efficient dishwasher etc. and a separate storage room with plenty of space. Bathroom is well equipped. They have onsite staff to fix any issue on the same day. Amenities are just as given in the pictures. Onsite gym was a big plus.The price is all worth it.The office staff is so welcoming and treats people so nicely. Once I was locked out and Ms Lili was so kind to provide me an extra key promptly. Liliana and Lili both are amazing. We are very thankful for making our stay great.

The pictures listed are outdated. The roof has so many cracks that I CONSTANTLY hear animals in my walls. I suspect squirrels. It's so disturbing!!!! There are problems with bugs as well, of course. The maintenance and office team consists of the rudest, disrespectful, condescending, and indifferent people I'd had the displeasure of knowing. If you look at other review websites, you'll see the ratings are higher on those that require you to list your name. I'm SURE the reason is because they know the office/maintenance staff will harass them. It's happened to me. I can't wait to move.

I was born and raised right here in Plantation, Florida. Growing up I knew I was lucky to live where others vacationed. We have it all here from the beach to the Everglades, everything in between was all you needed for a perfect, happy life. I joined the Army and was around the world for 5 years but had it set in my heart that I would always come back home. And that's exactly what I did. Things seemed to be going great! I was in school full time pursuing a degree in psychology and was able to make up lost time with my kids. And then one month things started falling apart... Mostly, my apartment. Left and right things were going wrong. I would contact the maintenance department and they would come out and put a band aid on the problem instead of fixing it. These problems started costing me hundreds of dollars extra a month when they shouldn't have. I then started noticing that the beauty was fake. Cheap and quick repairs done to make this place look better than what it is. The only thing this place has going for it is is location.
