The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Rosemont Highland Gardens, Responded To This Review
Hello, thanks for the positive feedback! We're always happy to hear good things from our residents.
The apartments are not well-built. They will flood when it the rain pours and the carpet along with the rest of your belongings will get damaged. Management was of absolutely no help. Don’t waste your time or money.

Horrible place full of roaches and had been asking for fumigation after cleaning constantly. But they did not show up twice. Had bank issue and payment went in late got charged 100 dollars extra plus 5 dollars per day for 4 days since their payment website is still down. Still getting charged and not able to pay rent. They don’t care and only want more money. Do not rent management and maintenance of this property is horrible!
The inside is amazing neighbors are nice. The pool here is clean and they have community days for kids and adults.
