Property Ratings at Advenir at Clermont
I recently moved into Advenir at Clermont and have been extremely disappointed with my experience so far. The maintenance team is slow to respond to requests and often does a subpar job, leading to recurring issues in my apartment. The management is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve any concerns or issues that arise. Additionally, the noise level in the complex is unbearable, with constant disruptions from loud neighbors and construction work. Overall, I would not recommend Advenir at Clermont to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained living environment.
Advenir at Clermont is the dirtiest cockroach den I’ve ever had the displeasure of living at.
Apartment was not rent ready, when we moved in. All items were never fixed. Management constantly turning over. Closed out tickets for repairs, when no one even came to apartment. Myself and all my neighbors have cameras on the door. Parking is terrible. The leasing office is always losing paper work and asking for it over and over again.
Our move-in ready unit wasn't cleaned or maintained prior to our move-in. Roaches, stains and smears everything, all nasty! Leasing office and management company won't do anything, and won't admit responsibility. Find a better community worth your money and peace of mind.

I didn't live there but the process to apply is horrible, they don't answer your emails or calls you have to insist that they give you the information, besides they even ask for your bank account which I think is unnecessary because in all three I've never been asked for years that I've been living here and if the administration is that bad I don't want to imagine the rest.
Out of all of the apartment complexes I have lived in, this one is by far the worse one. First off I wasn’t able to be shown an apartment because they were short staffed and a leasing employee also stated they are unable to show the apartment due to rain (drizzling in summer). Mail here is horrible, you get a key to a broken mailbox that does absolutely nothing at all. The apartment itself is roomy however the units were not cleaned properly before “renovations” aka they literally painted over hair that is stuck on baseboards and doors. Huge drain and trash problems… valet trash is a joke. Management office sends out emails to remind residence how trash must be kept however valet company almost never comes and didn’t supply a can big enough for a normal sized bag. Would have no problem walking trash to the compactor however you can’t get to it because 95% of the time it’s full of trash in the walkway and compactor full or broken. The leasing people are totally lost except for one, Jennifer is wonderful. They attempted to conduct a search of residences’ garages because they did not know who actually had a garage or keys. Multiple emails sent out stating large fine for anyone not picking up their dogs messes and that their are multiple clean up stations. Every station in the entire complex hasn’t been refilled since I moved here. Multiple issues with billing, that you won’t be notified about until months later. Maintenance guys are cool and do respond quickly however they can only work with what is given. Last but not least, when you give your notice of termination they include a super long detailed list of how every little thing needs to cleaned however I wish the same effort was put into my apartment when I was first given a key. It is in a great area of Clermont however for the price I would look somewhere else.
I moved here from New York in November and could not imagine a better place to live. The staff are kind generous and helpful and have turned from an apartment to a home for me and my two children. The people here are very friendly and have been very helpful. My 10 year old daughter and 13 year old son are always out with the other kids in the community either riding their bikes, playing tennis or basketball or just enjoying the pool. At the end of the day my kids and I enjoy sitting by the pool and watch the most amazing sunset you will ever see. If you have children, from pre-k through high school, the bus picks them up right near the club house making it convenient for both parent and child. This is an amazing place, with a fantastic and friendly staff, for both those who have children and those who don't. I cannot picture living anywhere else.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. There are better choices in the area. Madison Clermont has gone down hill over the past few years with multiple management and ownership changes. The management at the front office currently have no regard for residents and lack integrity. There is a lot of crime in the neighborhood now with drug dealers hanging out in the complex late at night, the amount of trash on the sidewalks and in the parking lot is disgusting and the trash compactor often is locked and trash bags piled all the way from the entrance of the compactor, down the sidewalk. It's sad because it used to be a nice place and the old management took pride into the neighborhood and their jobs.
We’ve lived here for almost a year now. I find this like a nice place to raise your children, it is quite and have beautiful views! The patios and balconies are beautiful! Staff is really nice. You can have really nice walks around the place. Unfortunately we have to leave, we are living in a 1 bedroom apartment and need a bigger one, and there’s none available by the time of our lease ending. The next person who lease our apartment is going to be a lucky one! We never had any problem with this apartment nor our neighbors. The lady living in front of us is super nice! We will miss her! We wish we didn’t have to leave! Of course, every person has their own experiences. Ours was very very good! But there’s those who doesn’t have that luck. What I can say is that if you are looking for a nice place to live, this is one of the best ones in the area!

It seemed like minutes after my request, the air conditioning was fixed.
Management is very accommodating, community is a beautiful living space and the dwellings are fantastic.
It is in a great location. The office and maintenance staff always responded and took care of any issues promptly. I really enjoyed living at Madison Clermont.
I actually did recommend to a coworker after he told me he was coming to view it. He moved in last month and is very happy. I was renting a “luxury” apartment in south Florida for 13 months and never ever felt like i was home. The very moment I stepped into this apartment I felt home and that’s what i love the most.
The Best location and community you can have to raise kids and to live in a family friendly enviroment.
Madison @ Clermont is a neighborhood that is safe, convenient, clean with lots of amenities. I have lived here for 4 years now and I don't have any plans to move in the near future.
I honestly have never lived in a apartment that had better staff! Your maintenance team is always quick and they are so kind and your office team is amazing.
The whole area is just "Family Friendly", my kids, my pets and the family and friends that visit us, they just enjoy the area and Congratulates Us for leaving in a Wonderful area and location.
I would recommend this apartment community, because everything is very nice, and make youfeel like home.

I love the community and now that the parking situation is improving we are even happier. The only downside is the expensive electric bill. We pay more here than at home with a 3000 sq ft house.

It is located in a good area with plenty of greenery around.
We rented an apartment from January 2018 thru March 2019 when we were immediately permitted to break the renewal due to unsafe conditions with mold and mildew. After several phone calls and emails with Management for months of broken air conditioning and the continued accumulation of mold and mildew we were told that closet doors needed to remain open and the windows needed to be cleaned with bleach on a weekly basis. I advised Management this was not normal nor was it an appropriate nor effective means to remediate the mold and mildew. In addition to health items and several items being damaged causing Management to file an insurance claim, I was told the claim was denied. I was recently advised the property is under new management. I have yet to receive a response to my request for a new conversation regarding damages as I believe Management held my claim until the property was sold. I am totally unsatisfied with the majority of the experience of leasing with Madison Clermont. I have video, pictures, and documentation to verify the horrible experience.

It was hurry up and sign without getting to read the print and getting hit with back to back rent payments and fees and not being able to do it online because of the fine print and not being told up front that it would come out of my account sounding like a funny money account so I blocked it They did not even put a call back number so I could call when I disputed with all of the accounts being hacked with mine being one recently. I blocked this. The bank blocked twice now I have to go to amscot and pay cash up front plus another 3 bucks I can only withdraw so much at a time and I work late hours which makes this a humbugs pain in the ass so I would not recommend this for no one. Pretty sad

This has been my impression of Madison of Clermont. Upon our first contact with the personnel of this apartment complex we felt right at home, the office staff has been outstanding! My wife and I have been residents at Madison Clermont for the past five years and it has been just wonderful. Our first apartment here was absolutely beautiful and such a view! We then moved over to a 2/2 and it was freshly refurbished and very nice, it had TWO master suites! We now are back in a 3/2 and these are a good size with updated appliances and include a washer and dryer too, this is great since our grandchildren are here The maintenance at Madison Clermont are thorough an polite, right on time too! The grounds are clean, and they are well lit at night. Very low noise level at any time of day or night. In short, Madison Clermont is a terrific place to live and grow a family. Apparently the rent is increasing every year. I have spoken to a few older residents who said that they are applying for rent controlled apartments. They and I can not afford yearly increases.Our Social Security is not increasing!
I love living here. I enjoy the community, its central location in Clermont, the staff and would HIGHLY recommend living here to anyone I meet. My friends and family love coming to visit me because of its location and curb appeal.
Older apartments and they aren't fixing the problems. We have live for 2 yrs and have had mold issues and recurring building wide roach infestations. They have sprayed the entire building twice now and still we see roaches. All of our windows, the walls and ceiling have mold. All they did was come out and bleach it (along with my bedding, lamp shades and clothing that they ruined) and give me a dehumidifier. The playground always has broken glass and is loaded with ant mounds. The a/c units are the original ones from roughly 12-15 years ago and our power bills in a 1300 sqft apt are almost $300 in the summer! My children's doctor has told me we have to move to get them away from the mold because they are sick almost monthly as well as myself.

We have been here for a little over a year. New tenants from New York, we absolutely love our new home. The grounds speak Florida, palm trees, beautiful foliage, along with all the amenities offered, what more can you ask for. The leasing agents are very courteous and professional and will try to accommodate you to the best of their ability. All done with a smile. The apartments are clean, and very homey. I would recommend to everyone I know.
It is so great to be able to get around to everything so readily. Doctors appointments, grocery shopping, restaurants, and so much more. Plus the advantage of having workout room, pool and my pets park. These are really important to me. The view at sunset is also spectacular on our rolling hills. Would recommend to anyone. The peace I've found is worth it alone.
