Property Ratings at Rosemont Brook Hollow
Everything in these apartments are rigged .... They only have 2 maintenance men and 1 of them never actually works apartments been flooded twice from old pipes which brought out a roach infestation they will charge you 75 dollars on random months because of trash valet the pool was closed most of the summer..cars get broken into the playground is not safe the lost KEEPS GOING
We've been here almost a month and we've seen about 4 roaches in the kitchen area. Maintenance is very slow with completing service requests and will "complete" a task without even coming to fix the issue. The front office will 9 times out of 10 not answer if you call so good luck trying. Apartment was marked "ready" but the white cabinets look brown from dirt, there is water damage in the ceiling and the popcorn ceiling fell off in the living room area. Small pantry. A bunch of unnecessary light switches. When you cut on the A/C or heat it sounds like a hellcat. Vinyl was tearing up in our "move-in ready" apartment. And to top it off the floor plan we were told we would be getting isn't what we actually got and there was no notice prior to showing up to sign our lease. The model apartment is nice tho.
Everybody exceeded my expectations. They worked with me every step of the way and provided great customer service. Very happy with my new place.
Nice people but walked in there and found a huge list of restricted breeds. Even ferrets. Literally a caged animal. Not worth it.
Well the New Management team is GREAT! Will is such a great and understanding manager he really cares about the Property. He has gotten a lot of things done in a timely manner. The property looks a lot Better since the Management has came in. I love staying at Rosemont Brookhollow no loud music, no brake ins, that I am aware of. The property stays clean for the most part. I just love my new apartments.
Maintenance team have done an amazing job assisting me , I had an issue and they all responded quickly to assure that the problem was taken care of . Thanks Shawn, Dan, and Kiko you guys are doing an incredible job !
I applied at this location and they consistently mismanaged every aspect of this process. I have a 820 credit score and earn 6 times the rent and it took over 2 weeks to process my PAPER application. By then, there was no apartment available. They promised in writing to return my fees, but almost 6 weeks from applying I still haven't received a check. I called and emailed the property and management company several times and they aren't responding. When I came back to the location to complain, they had files sitting out all over the office which is a security risk and anyone could walk in and get your SS number and personal information. Don't waste your time here as this should be an indication on what will happen once they have a signed lease. You may never get any service or a call back if you have an issue in your apartment. If I could choose 0 stars I would.
•Gas leaks before I even moved in. Management did not take it seriously until threatened by Gas company (which I had to call myself 3 times) •Carbon monoxide leak inside of my apartment •Lied about apartment being upgraded •Roaches constantly in the bathroom. Had to leave light on and knock before going in there •Kids knocked on my door and ran on weekends •Heard gun shots on a regular basis •The final straw...a dead body was found in the adjoining apartment to mine. My apartment smelled like a dead body for weeks. •The only thing they did nice was let me out of my lease early (after I threatened to contact the news)!
I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been great! I live in a 1bd rm Aspen layout and there's a large closet and bedroom space. I do wish there were more cabinets in the kitchen, but otherwise the space is great! If you put in a maintenance request they get back to you right away, keep communication and fix the issue. Jacque at the front office is super awesome and always able to answer my questions! Ask for her! There is plenty of parking spots which is also nice; there are some speedbumps. Also, the pool is amazing! Clean and nice pool chairs and a sitting bench in the pool :)
Is not a good place to live , and more because the person who took care our case lied to us in everything. When we asked for a 3rd floor he gave us a basement and he changed the price, and even he didn’t know about that apartment that was trying to rent us. People was still living there when he gave is a move in date when we asked for a specific day!!! That place because for that man sucks
I give Springlake Apartment community 2 thumbs up! I have lived here for 5 years and I have had nothing but The best experience from day one. The community has a brand new look..The upgrades are just beautiful, the location is just minutes from, gas, schools, grocery store and restaurants. The grounds are kept clean, the maintenance crew is always ready to fix any concerns. There is a pool, work out facility, laundry room with washer and dryer, a lovely playground area, and one of the greatest staff I've ever met. They are willing to assist in any way possible to give you the best living experience at Springlake.
The apartment i live in is an older apartment. It's okay. Doors not sealed well, bugs enter on occasion. I love the floors. It's a vinyl that looks like hardwood. The kitchen needs more cabinet space and a bigger pantry...The back splash is pretty. Nice size closet in the bedroom.
Spring Lake apartments were alright for a quick acceptance apartment. They are small for the price but in a great area. The lake is a great serene touch. The biggest draw back was the small beetles constantly getting in through cracks in the floor-boards.
A cozy location, close to guilty international pleasures. This melting pot of neighbors guarantees a variety of smiling faces. Management are friendly and prompt to respond to the concerns of the community. The grounds are in view of a fountain pond with foul at play. Lots of space for a lawn picnic without leaving home.
First of all, these apartments have the best set of maintenance guys I've ever seen. They are on point and come when there's a request to be answered. Really good maintenance crew. The upgraded units are very nice and modern. Also, the apartments are very neat and maintained (grounds, pathways, corridors, etc.) and it helps when you have good clean neighbors as well. Management does a pretty good job of handling any concerns. Haven't had a problem honestly. Lastly, the location is honestly perfect. You're within 10 minutes of everything from Kroger, Walmart, Publix, Restaurants (fast food and dine in), Movie Theaters, Go Karts and entertainment (Malibu Gran Prix, Dave and Busters, etc.), Bistro lounges and bars, auto parts stores, mechanic and tire shops of all sorts, Gyms and Fitness Centers. The list honestly goes on and on. Without traffic, it's only a 15-17min drive to the city of Atlanta.
