Property Ratings at Roselea Apartments
I moved in on 3/15/16 and the apt look as tho the last tenants had just moved out . It was dirty and cockroach were everywhere , the closet doors were all falling off the tiles were mostly cracked and shaking . Management promised to have the issues taken care of but 3 weeks later I moved out because nothing was done and the manager her attitude is nasty as the apartment . That place should be shut down . Thank God I received all my money to moved somewhere else and I have to say I love my new place . Stay away from roach manor !!!!
High Speed Internet Access •Washer/Dryer •Washer/Dryer Hookup Fitness Center Tennis Court Disposal THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE AMMENITIES... HAD TO SELL MY WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER AS SOON AS I MOVED HERE! THE LANDLORD PS SLOW TO HAVE THINGS REPAIRED.....
I live at Roselea Apartments and I really like it. They are located closed to everything. The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance staff are very professional. I would recommend these apts to friends and family.
I've had friend and family say that it awesome and enjoyable And affordable I recently moved out to Florida And looking for the same experience
