Great apartment community. Great location- near freeway access and shopping.
Many problems with the apartment complex like elevators that don’t work, or doors that don’t lock. Many issues with the unit. I wasn’t move in ready and they didn’t finish painting. There’s considerable chipped paint on the floor boards, and chipped cracked paint in the bathroom ceiling. Most likely the cause of the paint problem in the bathroom is from the fan not being properly vented and cleaned before I moved in. I love the apartment layout and the community and the location. I just wish my apartment was in better condition when I moved in.
Rosedale Estates lacks respectable office staff. You can catch them lying and giving out wrong information weekly. Your maintenance requests never get resolved. Don't be late on your rent by 1 day because then they charge you 8% of your rent. They can't keep any staff and maintenance at one point was actually coming in from a temporary agency. The amenities... they don't really exist as they are never open.
Maintenance is very friendly and knowledgeable with their work. Got the job done quick and always ask if I need anything else.
These apartments are unique, clean & spacious. I would recommend Any one to stay here.
With the elevators and wide staircases, move in was a breeze. Friendly neighbors and clean security buildings was a big plus for me.

We love living here for over 6 years now. We have a small dog & and we park our car in the under building garage. Secure building & pool, gazebo, washing machine/dryers are available. Right on bus line. Heat is paid. Cost of rent is very reasonable.
The office staff were extremely kind and supportive during my leasing process. I am very pleased with my rental experience and plan to remain a tenant at Rosedale Estates for quite some time.
This was the best moving experience I've had, it's a busy place but the staff is extremely helpful they worked with me to get me in as soon as possible and we're very diligent and responding and communicating back and forth during that process and that application piece! I love the location and all the surrounding parks and rolling hills, plus THAT pool!!!!
I would give this place a 10/10 I really love the place and the staff made the whole process enjoyable.

Rosedale Estates has made a wonderful first place to call home for my partner, our dog, cat and I. We love how cute and cozy our apartment home is and we love the location which is close to our jobs and my partner’s school. I love the proximity to Rosedale mall as well. We have had a great experience with getting ahold of management when needed. The kitchen leaves something to be desired, for me personally. I love to cook and I find the kitchen layout impractical for day to day home cooking let alone entertaining guests. I wish we had a garbage disposal and more counter/prep space. Appliances could use some upgrades as well. However, I am grateful there’s a dishwasher. Hallways consistently smell like weed and cigarettes which isn’t my favorite - maintenance does come through with air fresheners every so often which helps, but I recommend getting some in-home ones if those smells bother you. Also, being on the 3rd floor can get quite toasty- which will be great in the winter, but so far this spring we have had our ac and fans on and windows open to keep it nice and cool. If you get hot easily, I may think twice about living here. We love our balcony and we love that our pets are welcome here. Our den space is perfect. Overall, nice place, can’t beat the price, friendly neighbors and generally quiet.

Apartment is beautiful, management is professional, understanding, extremely fast on acting on any issues you have. But walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easy as to be expected in any apartment.
It is great! Wish I would've known about the parking issues due to garage renovation but that isn't in anyone's control. Overall I love my apartment and am so glad to live here

Great amenities, there's alot of job opportunities in the area. Both of my jobs are less than a mile away from my complex. All the neighbors I've met have been nothing but friendly. The management team is resourceful, professional, and very friendly. Awesome location, it's near St. Paul and not far from the Minneapolis area.

Clean, affordable, functional, and it feels larger than what the square footage entails. Definitely worth checking out. The staff is helpful, and the management team was proactive to address anything prior to me moving in that needed be.

Everyone online has been saying bad things about this place but I have nothing to complain about.
We moved in a week ago and so far things have been good. Our apartment was clean and ready for our move-in day. We have had a couple of maintenance problems but our requests have been handled promptly. The community areas are a little rundown but the apartment itself is quite lovely and spacious with huge closets, especially for the price.
It's a very nice location, our room happened to been re carpeted, before move in.
Very convenient place next to highway and tons of things to do nearby. Downfalls are neighbors needs to clean after themselves and park their cars right amd not taking two spots
Rosedale estates are nice the exterior looked nice the apartment looks great my only issue is that the hallways are a little smelly and the staircases can get hot and sucks when you are moving furniture in
Welcome to the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN ROSEVILLE. My boyfriend just moved out yesterday. We spent 5 hours cleaning and they're trying to charge hundreds extra ON TOP of the deposit! There was a couch that was moved to the dumpster and they are trying to charge removal fees without clearly stating prior that furniture by the dumpster is an extra fee. The place REEKS of mold and smoke to the point where its caused trips to the hospital, chicken bones in the hallway, thin walls, periods of cold water so can't rely on a hot shower, extremely slow elevator with new graffiti every week, a dirty pool that is rarely open, terrible security as the front entrance that isn't always locked, many fights heard from the hallway and cops called, thin windows, outlets that don't work.

I love it here!
I like living here, the main issue I have is the length of time it takes for things to get done. For example, a maintenance request taking over a month to complete without getting a heads up about progress on it.

I want to love Rosedale Estates. The staff is friendly and helpful with routine things, but the security is weak and nobody cares; and the recurring maintenance catastrophe we had and how it was handled was extremely unsatisfactory.
Rosedale Estates is a good place in my opinion to live. Great community and fast maintenance is a must and they met the requirements. Highways are minutes away so very helpful. Would be nice if neighbors clean after themselves in pool areas. Other than that 8/10.
I really enjoy living at Rosedale Estates - management is wonderful to work with and the maintenance guys are great at keeping things running in the building. You can't beat the proximity to the cities and the amenities nearby either.

Location is close to major highways and food spots, Cub is down the street. Excellent office staff, secured buildings, each apt has outdoor space, respectful neighbors, lots of closet storage, outdoor pool, onsite work out facility, gas station/store right next door. Overall, I'm pleased with decision to move here at Rosedale Estates.
All staff are very helpful and seems very concerned when you report something to the them, they are all bery professional and caring.
So far so good!
